Called to make an appt for an alignment first thing the following morning. Jesse booked it for me at 8am. When I arrived on time, I was told the alignment machine was down for the week (which was the case when Jesse made my appt, apparently). They sent me to another location in La Mesa, where I'm still sitting and waiting 40 min later... I'm going to be late for work thanks to Jesse's bait-and-switch tactic. They also refused to accept the coupon from their website, saying they don't have control over the site? It all feels a bit shady and definitely poor customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about La Mesa Tire Shop off University! Brent was amazing and really took care of us. They’ve worked on both my mom’s car and my sister’s, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. My mom had her alignment, driveshaft, and a few other things done, while my sister got her brakes, rotors, and pads replaced. The service was incredibly fast, and the prices were very reasonable—no price gouging at all. Brent was honest, clear about what needed to be done, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. We’ll definitely keep coming back for all our car care needs. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and fair service!

While considering a used car purchase we realized it would need new tires and front brake pads. I called around shopping prices for the best prices. Jesse answered all of my questions and helped me find budget friendly tires and beat the quotes from the previous two shops I called. We were going to bring the car here for tires and brakes once purchased. As the course of the weekend progressed, we found another used car to consider. This time, we needed a mechanical inspection so we brought the car here. Again, we encountered Jesse and his team, they were amazing, we were in and out and the price for the pre-purchase inspection was great. We ended up not needing tires and brakes this time, but we have found our new go-to for tires, brakes, and other mechanical needs.

I have been coming here for years and they never let me down. Finding a trust worthy tire shop can be hard to find but believe me this place is fantastic. 10/10 customer service and atmosphere.

Was told that I urgently needed new brakes. Looked at my brakes only to find that they were only slightly worn down (pictured on left below, new brakes on the right) and definitely did not need replacing. Disappointed. Watch who you lie to, fellas, not all ladies are ignorant.

This place is highly recommended for new and used tires. Looking for some tires when I turn in my lease so I don't have to buy new tires and these guys really help me out. Really great service and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and they get things done fast. If you're looking for a legitimate and reliable tire company, which are hard to find nowadays, look no further than La Mesa tire. They also have other locations as well. Thanks again Jesse and Rudy for the excellent customer service and the affordable tires.

I take to my car and they told me they fixed it my air condition and the brakes and they done and they overcharging me, do not bring your car over there they will rip you off. and they don’t know what they’re doing..

I was there a month and a half ago and I bought some tires and some of them had nails and they said that I end up getting them somewhere so I decided to play again and they end up from outside nothing like that and they told me they were different tires they were the same ones prices are too high I heard from my other friends that they sold them the same tires to him

La Mesa Tire is incredible! I am a local delivery driver and can drive up to 1000 miles a week. I can always count on Jesse and the guys to give my 2017 Kia Forte a caring, synthetic oil change and rotate my tires. They do a diagnostic on my car with the oil changes and make sure my air filters are good and my spark plugs are clean. When I needed new tires and brakes they got me the best deal they could find, and hooked me up with an alignment! I know if anything goes wrong with my car, I am taking it to La Mesa Tire and the guys will get me back on the road asap.

I should have read the reviews first😒 I was charged for work that didn't need to be done. Over charged for parts/labor, and charged for parts/labor that wasn't done. My car still isn't running properly & I will have to take it somewhere else to get the work done... spending more money & time. I WILL NOT RETURN NOR REFER ANYONE HERE!!! Deceptive with business practices.

Never do business with these guys, I didn’t have absolutely a good experience with them, to me they cheat and lie. Get your estimate in writing otherwise they charge you an inflated price at the end. Be careful.

The guys in the back are crooks and dangerous people they Sabotage my lower control arm bushing just because I didn't have enough funds to allow them to finish the job I would never go back to these guys for any work never again. I know my car in and out and I've worked on every part of it soon as i left the shop my car pulled to the right and left especially when acceleration don't come here or they would do something worst. Bad business and dangerous minded and unprofessional.

Costumer service is good, took my car there for alignment and balance, car was done within 45 minutes, 4 stars cause (I don't know if it's same everywhere) they gave me 30 days guarantee, I took my car to dealership and alignment did not pass the test from front tires, of course 2 days after the 30 days guarantee

I had a wonderful experience here! The manager Alfredo is amazing. I got new tires at a very reasonable price and they checked my new van out to make sure it was safe.
