Went here for a second opinion after my regular mechanic tried to sell me on a new head gasket. Mario discovered that the thermostat housing was bad and gave me a fair price. Stated he tested everything and that my last mechanic took short cuts which effected the coolant system. Never tried to push any other parts or labor. Coming back and car runs great.

I have been a customer of L & T for four years now. I called in on a Wednesday because my 2015 Kia Optima was involved in a failed vehicle theft. My car door key port was taken apart, so was my steering wheel, and the ignition was mangled. I had no idea what to do at the moment, but I remembered calling L&T and they said they could help me as soon as I could get my car in their shop. I got my car towed to their shop Friday afternoon and they fixed my car by next Wednesday. I picked up my car good as new, steering wheel smooth as ever, and they had extra keys made for me too! They are the small business that does the MOST for their clients! They give AMAZING service and go out of their way to get the parts needed for your vehicle. They provide thorough, quality work that's relatively quick, competitively priced, and have a group of honest team of people who take pride in helping you out. I definitely recommend calling them FIRST for engine, maintenance and other vehicle service they provide. L&T is definitely my trusted place for anything Auto Repair! (I've attached the damage to my vehicle that they repaired)

Jose is an honest mechanic and he raised his sons right as well. The whole family here are awesome honest hardworking fellows. This shop is a shop for life as long as it's open for business and praying and hoping they keep the shop open for the rest of my lifetime. I always leave satisfied. I trust Jose and his sons with my family's car. I know that if I sent my wife to get something done she would be treated with the same respect I am, and you can't say that about almost any shops these days. They are fair and honest. They take their time, and the job is done right the first time. The labor is not stealership prices, but it ain't dirt cheap either it is fair, and that's what you want as good labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't good. When other shops would have lied to me and said yes you definitely need a transmission rebuild Jose's shop didn't they were honest and calmed me down as I was super nervous about a potential 3000 dollar rebuild turned out it was a pulley and the fix was fast fair priced and alleviated all my worries. Most non good shops out there nowadays would have told me to fix the transmission anyway. Jose and his family and staff educate you and walk you step by step on what is wrong and how it is going to be fixed and was fixed. I could go on and on but I'm going to cut it short and just say get your butt down to Jose's if you have car problems you won't be disappointed and most importantly you won't have future headaches down the road they fix it right the first time and that's what's important.

I had an amazing experience with the staff when my oil pan needed repairs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired in top shape . The service was prompt, and they took the time to explain the repair process and damage I caused to my car. Their shop also has the cutest service dog on the property! The dog's friendly presence made the visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service, great communication, and a delightful atmosphere—highly recommended!

I needed to get my Uber driver inspection done and this shop was very helpful. Mario had a wonderful customer forward attitude and was able to help quickly after another local shop was rude and dismissive. If you want professional service at an affordable price come to this repair shop.

Just got into Riverside after driving 8 hours, brakes were making a noise and causing movement throughout the car. Called L & T Complete Auto Repair at 10am Saturday, Jose figured out the issue, ordered parts, worked after the business hours and had my vehicle road ready again the same day. Jose was courteous, honest, knowledgeable and got me and my family back on the road safely. Thanks Jose for your great work and going the extra mile for us.

First time doing business with them due to getting a flat tire on my way to work. It was a quick temporary fix until I can get new tires. I received excellent service and great pricing. I was also given a couple of reasonably priced quotes for four new tires which I will come back to get as soon as possible. I think I just found a new mechanic to go to whenever I need work done on my car.

2013 Nissan versa overheated. Fan needed to be replaced. Jose the owner is great explained everything that was going on. Super fast service, didn't charge an arm and a leg.

Great place awesome mechanics and reasonable prices. I came to get an oil change and right when I pulled up and opened my hood Jose let me know I had a busted hose, he right away showed me what and where and asked if I would like to get it done, that as well he gave me a great price! Usually other places won’t even touch my vehicle until you pay an outrageous price just to look at the vehicle so that was nice of him VERY GREAT MAN! He also has 2 other people here working with him and they were GREAT as well! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

I’ve been coming to Jose at L&T Auto for over 8 years. We used to live right down the street and even after we moved, we still go to him, even though we pass a ton of mechanics on the way. He’s always been honest and fair with his service and prices. He tells me what needs to be done and even what doesn’t need to be done. For example, we just took our SUV to the dealer for diagnostic alone to cost over $200 without even getting the work done. Instead, we went to Jose and paid just $40 more for the diagnostic AND repairs and now my car feels brand new again. If you’re looking for a life time mechanic, Jose is your guy, trust me!

JOSE IS A KING!!! A few years ago, I bought a prius and was told by the dealer the noise it made was standard... in the words of Maury, the results would confirm, that was A LIE! One day all my lights went off and I thought I might die before I got home because my car was screaming to be out of its misery... thankfully I made it home safe, but I needed help. The next morning I drove over to L & T and was greeted by the owner, Jose. Through out the process, he never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. His pricing was honest and I loved how detailed he was in his explanations and review of the car. It meant a lot to have him walk me through it all. He even had my car back in shape by the next day! My mom called me few days later following a quote of $7k from another mechanic, price gouging at its finest. Jose saved them thousands of dollars and explained what was actually happening. This was an adult milestone, I found a mechanic my family can trust. THANK YOU JOSE!!!

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a car repair shop. The guy was super warm and friendly. The prices were reasonable. The service was quick. I am not knowledgeable about cars, so he walked me through the issue and explained the mechanism to me, even though it didn’t benefit him to devote time to teaching/educating customers. Positive experience and I would recommend this place.

This is the man I was trying to find to fix my car. When you talk to Jose Lopez, you will be sure that you can trust him. My car had a couple of different leakages but he made it clear that I don't have to be worried about all of them because only one of them needed to be fixed for now, and that saved me a lot of money actually! He explains everything clearly so you can decide what to do.
