The owner is very nice, he fixed my mom tire one day when it was pouring down raining and technically it was time for him to close. He’s always super pleasant and airs your tires and tell you to have a great day!!!

This is literally the only tire shop I go to for the past two years and his customer service is Outstanding he’s so polite and respectful I honestly think he’s the only one that works there He takes his time and get the job done if he can’t do it he’s upfront and honest and letting you know he can’t do it and why I will recommend this tire shop to any and everyone at the drop of a dime.

The last place I went to, "One stop batteries and tires", on capital, sold me 2 tires that were garbage... Kwik stop always has the best quality used tires and he's very fast and efficient never does he have you waiting over 2 hrs... His customer service is on point as well... I will keep supporting this Black Owned business...
