Bought a Groupon for 26 bucks. I knew I needed an additional two extra quarts because of my vehicle, no biggie, and I was charged $26 for those two quarts which is ridiculous. There is one guy that is apparently running the place and he is by himself. He did not do any of the service checks that are on the receipt yep they all say completed. Including washing the windows and vacuuming the interior. None of my fluid levels were checked checked or topped off. I'm wondering if he even changed the oil filter, which I have no way of truly knowing. This place is very unprofessional and I will never use them again. For the same place right down the street, jiffy lube, or Valvoline actually do every single thing that they say they are going to do. Even checking the air in the tires. And on top of all that, they don't even give you a little sticker to keep track of your oil change via mileage.

I usually go to the one in elgin il so being in Sarasota they let me know they had a shop in town was so happy i called to get price and to see if a appointment was needed the guy that answered was rude during pricing and hung up before saying if i needed a appointment i sent my boyfriend there waited a hr for a filter so he left

Any other stores can get a better price than here. Oil change for a 18 years old car, he told me $85. That's ridiculous. Update: I just saw the owner's response below. That's so funny. However, his excuse doesn't make sense at all. I went to another store. The total was $48. I didn't tell what kind of quality oil I like. They just gave me this one with 5 months for next time oil change. He probably thinks he is the only one who is smart.

Since the first time I went there, I felt like I was in a safe and friendly place. I can't remember the name of the 2 gentlemen they work there,but I can assure you that they were the most kind,respectful and knowledgeable persons I ever meet regarding cars. Know I only take my car there. They always go over expectations to help you,and they give you options so you can choose. I'm great full with their help and service so I highly recommend them without any doubt .

The mechanics were disrespectful towards their customers behind their back. The rebate didn’t work so a $25 oil change was $37. Also they refilled my washer fluid without asking me and charged me for it

They are crooks. I spent $500 To have a lifetime guarantee on brakes and rotors for it to not even last a year. Then when I go back. They tell me my Vin number and phone number aren't in the system. And there's nothing they can do! Beware.

They were quick with the change and let you watch while they do the oil change if you want. They were friendly and answered a lot of my questions. Small inside waiting room and they have some chairs outside for the wait. The business sign is missing so it might sneak up on you.

Went here for a full synthetic oil change. Service was fast and affordable (used a Groupon). You do have to get out of your car as they only have car lifts (no pits) but they have chairs outside and inside. They didn’t try to push a bunch of extra services and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I waited more than an hour last week at a Valvoline Express for my wife’s car so this was speedy. Will go back.

Nathan is a total sweetheart. He's working as hard as he can to provide honest, good quality service to his customers. He showed me my old, distorted oil filter that the former service didn't change. Quick service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. You can monitor the full process as they do it. I usually do my own oil changes, but I will go here again when I don't feel like doing it myself. It was worth the reasonable price. Full synthetic change comes with full service checks. But be careful walking, the floors are a bit slick.

They did a very good job with my synthetic oil change. The guy was really nice and knew what he was doing.I had a Groupon, and that saved me a lot of money.
