Excellent service and reasonable pricing. The staff exhibits excellent team work. Tim the manager is a great lead. Thank you! Was in on January 6th and Michael was exceptional. His customer service and expertise is top notch! I would recommend going to him! Feb 4 2025 In for my state emissions test. Michael remembers me, my car and a prior concern and asks about it. How nice is that? Entire staff expedites, updates and makes this experience another great one! Shop is now under corporate management and I would give them a 5 out of 5! 👍

Horrid experience….! The ‘kid’ behind the counter was more interested in ‘upselling ‘ me with additional services than getting the job done properly. Upon inspection when I got home , my radiator overflow tank cover was missing, and oil spills were left through out. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and will never go back .

Angel was amazing and very professional! Mike is one of a kind. Very genuine and honest and professional! The gentleman who was the mechanic was extremely exceptional! He worked for over 12 hours on my car and he had a smile on his face when I picked up my new and improved Range Rover! This particular vehicle is not easy to work on and he stepped up to the challenge. Having his experience of over 20 years, I knew my car and I were in good hands! I drove out of Kwik Kar off of Preston in Frisco with a peace of mind and I now feel safe in my car! Thank you team!!!!

These guys are the best!!! Angel really took care of me to make sure I was safe on my 8 hour drive. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing anything. My car was done within two hours and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything.

Bad service and they didn't change the filter. You can't trust them anymore. Be careful and check if they really put the oil and filter in. Terrible service and a lot of racism towards Latinos. Bad service.
