I felt very welcomed and taken care of being from California and driving a foreign car. I still feel a little foreign to Texas. But the gentleman that worked with me were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I will certainly go there again and highly recommend their service!

EXTRAORDINARY customer service from Jordan and his manager, Joe. Yesterday afternoon, my car overheated, and was literally smoking. My regular mechanic shop is closed on weekends, and I was scared. I knew I needed to address the situation this morning. Thinking I may just need some coolant, I decided to call this Kwik Kar location as it’s very close to me. Jordan answered the phone and was polite and professional. I arrived to the location and Joe (manager) assessed my vehicle like a seasoned surgeon. He explained what he assessed with automotive brilliance, detail and patience. He explained what was wrong, what could potentially go wrong, and various options for repair. As he was doing his thoughtful automotive assessment and interventions, I could surmise he was not only mechanically savvy, but just an overall smart and sweet man. He made this old woman feel safe, and exuded honesty. End of the car drama is he temporarily corrected several mechanical things, and I walked out without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for now. He treated my old “near death” car like a 2025 new vehicle. He treated me with courtesy and compassion. And let me say again….he is mechanically brilliant. I felt like I was listening to a surgeon at the hospital I worked at for 28 years. Hope someone reads this and visits this master mechanic in the future.

I’ve been here multiple times, the staff is always friendly, honest, and great to work with. I’ve never had to wait long and they have a clean air-conditioned waiting room for guests. Keep up the great work!

Went in for a full service oil change on a Sunday and was out of there in about 20 minutes. Technicians were friendly and did not pressure any upcharges.

Won’t be back. Prices are outrageous. With a $25 off coupon they charged 85 for an oil change. At Speedee it was $56 without a coupon and using the same type of oil. Do not recommend!

I stopped by this location randomly due to a light being out and needing to be replaced on my car. Joe was a lifesaver on such a short notice. He was thorough and knowledgable with his explanation which I appreciated it! I will definitely be back for this level of professionalism and knowledge going forward! Thank you again, Joe!

I was out of my knowledge level on what was making my brakes sound like grinding. Personally checked the front pads and decided to get a professional option. The team found my rear rotors were the issue and helped get me back in the road. Very courteous and wanted to help. Will go back to this location for any additional routine maintenance!
