I brought my work vehicle in to be serviced and from start to finish the service was GREAT! Daphne was very knowledgeable of the services that were being provided to another customer. The service techs were very welcoming and very nice. Also they were very quick. I was very impressed with the level of service provided today. I will definitely be bringing my personal vehicle here from now on!

This was one of the easiest and fastest auto experiences I’ve ever had! I was able to stop in (without an appointment!) get an inspection and oil change completed in what felt like 20 minutes. The staff at this location is very professional and friendly. Went out of my way to leave this review as I truly have never had a more efficient experience!

I went to Kwik Kar for a car inspection and had an amazing experience. I pulled in at 5:05 pm, and right away, they asked what I needed. I told them I needed an inspection, and they asked for my insurance and for me to wait inside while they took care of it. While waiting, I noticed their sign said they closed at 5 pm, which surprised me because the service was so great—I couldn't tell they were about to close or closing. Noah and his team were awesome, and I definitely look forward to coming back. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, this is great customer service.

These people were very nice. I had a tire that was almost flat, and they aired up all my tires and didn't even charge me anything. I'll definitely come back here for other services in the future.

Hands down some of the NICEST folks in the business! I thought my car in to deal with an issue that wasn’t even in their normal day to day work. They were super fast, incredibly friendly, and showed me that good people do still exist in the auto repair business. I would gladly take my car back to them anytime and recommend you do the same!!

Where to begin is the only challenging part to this post. First off, I chose Kwik Kar (KK), over other locations simply due to the vast amount of trust KK has built with me over the years and have never had a bad experience even during difficult times. There are 3 specific KK locations that are closer to home and without hesitation each encounter I’ve been treated nothing less than family. Secondly, I unfortunately blew a coolant hose this morning on the way to work and was worried thinking it was something much much worse. Especially, when smoke started to creep out from under the hood, fog up my dash and block my line of sight. I did arrive safely to my job and made the necessary arrangements to have my vehicle towed to this KK location in Dallas. I called ahead to make sure this was a service they provided and had the time to knock it out hopefully in the same day. I spoke directly with Shvan, who also ended up being the manager. He politely offered to FaceTime me to check out what the dashboard was reading, what the engine area looked like and the amount and type of smoke was coming out. He offered to arrange transport for both my vehicle and myself to the shop to start the diagnostics and repair since he was very confident in the issue from FaceTiming. Once the vehicle was there everything was checked and ready for me to pick up at the end of the work day. They topped off all the fluids to my vehicle, provided a solid prognosis & prevention plan and then why it even occurred in the first place. At the time of pick up, my ride was running late and I was completely unaware of the closing hours of this KK location. Shvan chose to wait for me after their business hours on Friday night just so I can have the opportunity to safely drive home. Even when I arrived late I still received kind and detailed summary of everything and didn’t not feel rushed out of the shop. There’s truly no way to give enough praise for everything Shvan and his team did today. They’ve earned my trust and respect for years to come. I left out important details that I didn’t want to alter the importance of the message of this service. However, Shvan was sick or maybe had allergies. He didn’t complain or let it cloud his judgement and professionalism that complimented his outstanding work ethics. When nowadays anyone would say almost anything to take the easy way out. Another detail I initially left out is I am also unfortunately sick with a sinus infection and pretty pregnant. I hope someone does make it to the bottom of this review and receives the same amount of kindness I did today. Genuine kindness seems harder to find and even experience, I’m just blessed Shvan and his team took care of me and my growing family today. We both thank y’all KK team! Please continue to shine your light and bless others in this world.
