Chad is top notch in both customer service and knowledge. We chose him to replace our brakes and rotors on my wifes car. He worked with us on the quote, setting a time to come in, assistance with a loaner car and getting me out the door and on my way. I would recommend him to anyone needing a brake job done and he was $400 cheaper than what QualTech on US71 quoted and I believe Chad gave me better brakes as they were ceramic, which qualtech never stated. only negatives are: • Hours posted on some pages are 5pm- they actually close at 6pm. • Young guy at the counter at 10am taps on the desk and his legs like he drank too much coffee in the morning or he's a drummer in his spare time. It's distracting when filling out paperwork or just waiting in the morning when you don't want to hear that. Over all, I'll give them 5 Stars because of Chad.

Had my battery replaced. Was able to walk in and the team jumped right on it. After replacing the battery at a fair price, they also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and put air in my tires because of the warning lights that were on. Nice touch and extra effort.

My first impression was met with professional curtesy and helpful tips about my vehicle. Second time I came in for a brake replacement and noticed a very clean shop, clean lobby, and clean restrooms. I'm impressed with Chad's attention to detail and positive attitude. I am very grateful for the honesty and showing me what additional issues that needed to be addressed. Chad was fair on the price, getting the parts quickly to complete repairs, and gettung me back on the road. Highly recommend Chad and his team.
