Friendly Staff. Clean Place. Honest Employees. I used to hate going to get my car oil changed but the employees here are very knowledgeable and quick. Love coming here not only for me, but I bring my company’s vehicles here for their services and inspections. Juan, the manager, is very friendly and tells me what recommendations and/or services need to be done. Definitely has been my place to take care of our vehicles.

Went in for an oil change brought my own oil. Didn’t have a filter most places if not all supply an oil filter per oil change. Was talking with one of the techs about what I wanted done (who was polite) but while I was talking to her the manager (im assuming) came out cut me off and told me he gots it and to go to the lobby. I try to finish telling him what I wanted and Automatically tried to sell me a coolant flush not even knowing the miles on the vehicle. Then said he would be charging for an oil filter I asked why and explained that most places supply oil filters he cut me off and said “this is my business” I said fine grabbed my oil without a word and walked away. That made him upset apparently because he kept following and lingering around my truck saying I’m too young to be acting so bold and that I just wasted my time don’t bother coming back and just kept running his mouth. I was quiet and walking away and he still kept running his mouth at me If that’s how this company holds its standards as for managers that’s wild. I worked as a lube tech/supervisor for 3 years insulting someone’s intelligence based on looks is highly unacceptable. Especially for a manager. Leave your personal problems at home keep your work place professional.

Had a great experience with Juan (the general manager) and team. I was unsure where to go for a car inspection but heard good things through some neighbors. I called and sweet girl Crystal answered and guided me through their process. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long and the everyone was friendly. I would recommend this place and come back again.

Didn’t appreciate how they mislead me to pay for my truck to be inspected when they knew up front it wouldn’t pass. I didn’t know and when I asked about that, the manager raised his voice and shouted for me to leave. Honesty and being above board is what customers look for. Won’t go back.

I recently went to Kwik Lube for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was incredibly quick, and the team—Juan, Robert, and Crystal—were all amazing. Juan, the manager, was especially impressive. He’s so personable and took excellent care of my vehicle, making sure everything was handled perfectly. Juan even went above and beyond by offering a discount, which was such a nice gesture. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff. The owner offered me guidance on how I can get repairs done by just asking him in the future. He has reputable co workers and employees that can help me. I’m new here from the Dallas area. I’m so appreciative of the help and he had my car inspected in about 20 minutes. Juan (and his crew) always take care of my needs and give full explanation of services and their prices. Never pressures and always great customer service. I’ve been coming to him for at least 4 years (even when living in Cypress) because he makes me feel safe and heard. I will always bring my vehicles and recommend him whenever I can.
