Excellent service, very good customer service, all their employees are very attentive, especially Frank, they check your car very well and if they see something that is not right, they let you know, they explain the damage it would cause in the future and they recommend a solution, such as woman I recommend this place since I have been to other places that do not care , and they do bad work and they only want is to take your money

They tried to charge me $1200 for 3 motor mounts and labor, I said hell!!! no, left went up the street to Mobile 1 and the they charged me $650 for all four motor mounts and labor

I bought a brand new battery that went bad in a month. They replaced it with another bad battery. I bought a battery from Park Place that won't quit. They kept my money. Talking bout partial shop credit. Man!

At Kwik Kar Lube & Tube they all the Employees have the perfect customer service skills. I am completely satisfied with their services. I will be returning soon to get my struts replaced. I just moved to Dallas about a month ago and my car was doing strange things. So, I goes in for a oil change and explained my other concerns. The fellows are too legit, when they say "NO WORRIES!" Please believe the intergrity is in motion. Keep in mind it's hard for me to trust anyone when it comes to my baby (car). These brothers has won my heart plus a loyal customer. Also well knowledgeable. Let me mention, lol handsome as well. Blessings from above! 💞💯

My car has been giving me the blues for the last month. From the alternator, to battery, and every sensor known to man. I have learned more about my car this pass month than in the 4 years I've had it. Each mechanic that looked at it before has either half fixed the problem, made it worst, or tried to charge entirely too much for it. Then Thursday my car stopped on me again and I brought it to Max and he fixed the problem warranty his work for a year and worked with me on the payment. I can say with confidence I've found my mechanic. Now while they are not the cheapest....I don't believe they overcharge and I trust their work.

This guy is a liar and scammer. Said he rebuilt my transmission but did nothing but patch work and repaint it to make it look fixed. Payed him 2500, transmission went out again a few months later.

I bring my cummins truck to get oil change and filter trusting this place but before I leave I check personally my vehicle and realized the oil filter never get changed so please Don't trust your vehicle at this place I'm really impressed with the customer service because I get my truck fix and phone call from the owner to apologize the issue and trust it's the goal for any business. This place is one of the most expensive I've ever seen. You can get a 5 quarter oil in any place for they charge you $75 for the same 5 quarts

Went in to have my AC fixed and the gentlemen who worked on my car noticed a previous mechanic had forgotten to reconnect my compressor after a previous repair. He let me know the problem and even spoke to my previous mechanic so they would fix their mistake. Will definitely come back in the future and would recommend for anyone else too!
