We've gotten several state safety inspections at this location. The service has always been fast and friendly. Comfortable waiting room with drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.

Been taking my car here for oil changes 2 times a year for the last 3 or 4 years and the service seems to be going downhill. Today they finished my car, parked it out front with both front windows down and the key fob laying in plain sight. It was busy and I waited 10 minutes for them to call me up to pay while my car sat outside. You have to be kidding me! Last time I'm going to these guys. There are plenty of other oil centers with higher ratings.

I went to Kwik Kar for a Texas car inspection, and it took 30 minutes to complete the whole process. The employee asked for my car insurance and keys. I think the store employees could be more friendly and smiley, but aside from that, everything went well.
