Went in today on December 23 for a state inspection. We waited 20 mins to be assisted and then they went ahead and helped another customer who came in after us. Not cool.

My husband went in for an inspection and the guys purposely broke the windshield wipers to sell him new overpriced wipers. They will force you to buy their products or fail you and charge you regardless. These people are dishonest. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Very good team organized and professional.. As general and my advice, you have to check your free report from or really or another shops like AutoZone to understand what the problem in your vehicle. Then you can go to your auto shop or mechanic shop, and I recommend them to check and take quotation before starting the work , thank you

Folks, a warning when going to this place. Most good reviews are old and the reason is because of new management. I live in the neighborhood of the place and used it often. New management is horrible with bad customer service. But worst, will try and get your money for unnecessary services and will claim false issues not to perform the inspection, but will charge you anyways. Had issues this week with inspection which I took to another shop on the other side and was told there was nothing wrong with the issue presented. Unethical behavior should not be awarded in our neighborhood. Use them at your own risk. I'll wait until another set of management before returning there.
