DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DONE BY SHADE TREE MECHANICS. I HAVE A WARRANTY AND USED IT AT THIS LOCATION FOR A REAR MAIN SEAL . THE REAR MAIN SEAL WAS LEAKING TRUCK HAD NO OIL AND WHEN EXHAUST WAS PUT BACK ON THEY STRIPPED THE BOLTS! WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THE JOB THEY DID WAS LEAKING THEY THEN TRIED TO TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE LABOR BECAUSE THE MECHANIC WHO DID THE JOB WAS NO LONGER THERE! THE WAS DONE THRU A WARRANTY COMPANY AND KWIK KAR WAS PAID $1500 FOR THE JOB. WHEN IT WAS AT THE SHOP THEY ALSO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TWO BOLTS WERE MISSING OUT OF TRANSMISSION! THEY DID THE WORK SO WHAT DOES THAT SAY? THEY DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET THE BOLTS THEY LEFT OUT! I HAD TO FIND THEM ! I GAVETHEM ANOTHER CHANCE WHY ? I GUESS IM A DUMMY . I TOOK MY TRUCK THERE YESTERDAY ONLY TO HAVE MY WHEEL SCRATCHED IN THEIR CAR WASH. OF COURSE THEY DENIED IT THEN SAID THEIR CAMERAS DONT SHOW GOOD WHEN VEHICLE FIRST CAME IN THEY ARE NEW WHEELS! DEFINITELY STUPID ON MY PART FOR GIVING THEM A CHANCE!! Pics are on here too

To Steven, Adam and Mike: There were some issues with our car. We brought our car this afternoon to Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair/Carwash where is close to our home. It was almost 0330 PM. Steven, Mike and Adam did not hesitate to help out. They paid much attention to our concerns and our descriptions. It turned out it needs a lot of work to fix our car. But to our surprise, we got call that we can pick up the car by the end of day. It was very impressive for their efficiency, and skills. Crooks! The level of dishonesty here is staggering. Took my vehicle in for an inspection to renew my registration and the guy told me that I needed new brakes. He showed me my brake discs and said they were very worn. My BS meter was going off like crazy. He seemed to intimate that he was not going to pass my inspection, but when I asked about that he said, "oh yeah. I'll pass you. I pass cars that have broken taillights all the time." So he voluntarily admitted his dishonesty behavior with others. I took my car to my normal mechanic who measured my brake pads at 8 mm - a far cry from needing to be replaced. And he told me that he gets customers in all the time from this place who have been ripped off. Every six months they hang the same "Under New Management" sign....

I come here every year for my inspection and have never had any issues. This is the first time I’ve needed a service done to pass inspection and they explained to me exactly what they were doing and why, and I didn’t have to wait long at all! They finished off the service with a complimentary car wash!

I’ve always been skeptical of mechanics but Steve was 100% straight forward and honest, taking the time to educate me on a few mechanical components that I was unsure about. The quality of work and professionalism that I received on my Audi Q7 is enough for me to continue business with Kwik Kar for years to come.

My experience here was very disappointing ! I brought my car to get a State inspection and they told me that my front breaks needed to be changed and that my car failed the inspection due to that. I was surprised so I decided to not get it fixed there and head over to my dealership directly where they inspected the car and told me my breaks were perfectly fine and they also did my state inspection and my car passed with no issues. They advised me that it was most likely a scam! Please be careful when taking your vehicle there since they tried to take advantage to get more money. (I went there because it was closer to my home but never again)

I would like to say that I have been a customer for awhile. I go maybe once every two or three months. I was shocked at the price hike. The regular wash $14.99 ok. Not bad, but if you truly want a decent clean wash inside and outside with wax foam. It’s $26.99. So, I decide to choose that pa Kaye because it’s got everything I want and it’s ladies day take $3 off. Not much, but it helps. What made me so annoyed is that the guy Alex told me that for SUV it’s $5. So, I need to have a fiat? I said. No. And he giggled. A sedan. What? My suv and the sedan are about the same size!! Ridiculous!! I will drive 3 extra miles and go to a place that respect there posted signs/prices. Not hiking it as soon as you say yes. Ladies day? Yeah, I sure did not get treated like a lady!!! I miss the previous owners. They would not have played that game!!
