I’ve been to other Kwik Kar locations but this was my first time at this location. Four of the gentlemen in the bay looked at me standing by my car, but no one acknowledged me. I went inside and a person behind the counter was on the phone. It took about 2 minutes then a gentleman came inside and got my inspection taken care of. Overall it was a good experience. It would’ve been 5 stars if someone would’ve acknowledged me within the first few minutes.

I went in for an inspection and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The front desk guy was really sweet and made it a pleasurable experience.

I needed an emissions inspection so that I could get the new tag for my vehicle. I took my 2023 Explorer there after calling and my experience was good. The young men there were quick to get my vehicle in, emissions test done and out the door within about 15 minutes. The waiting area was clean and everyone there was kind and courteous.

Awesome store. I needed an oil change inspection and tire rotation. In and out pretty quickly. I have waited hours at a tire shop before. This was quick and easy. Great service

Everything about this trip was amazing and wonderful. I found out they were open New Year’s Day and took my car to them. Mustafa and the other people that work there were courteous, helpful, and did an awesome job on my car. I could not recommend them highly enough. It was a really good experience.

Kwik Kar on Camp Bowie West worked on my car December 20, 2024. I had a couple of problems with my car and they fixed them in a timely manner and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them in the future.

AVOID THIS PLACE! My husband and I entrusted our truck to Kwik Kar for turbocharger repair, assured of their capability and timely service. However, our experience was a cycle of disappointment: dropping off our truck, picking it up with the check engine light still on, and returning it repeatedly. Over three months, we paid thousands and lost use of our vehicle. Despite requesting a refund for incomplete work, Joe and Moe dodged calls and hid from confrontation. We were eventually told not to even bring the truck back to the shop they did not want to work on it anymore. Their dishonest practices prioritize profits over people. Choose wisely, as Kwik Kar can't be trusted beyond basic services like oil changes.

My name is virdine Randle,a hard working man,I went to kwik kar on west Jefferson for 2 Resion one because the price for my services on my car was a good price, and the second one,I love helping small businesses companies, so I had the service done on my car, the guy told me the price, I was lost of words,because one man told me a way cheaper price, I will never go there again,nor will I referred anyone there.

The cleanliness and orderliness of the waiting area is indicative of the quality care that you will receive from this shop. Especially if you're getting an inspection they do three at a time sometimes and that's marvelous way to do things very efficient very complete and with smiling faces not these drive dull faces you can see on some people nowadays that wish you weren't there but you are. I will be returning to this one.
