I usually don't write reviews; however, I felt obligated after the "above and beyond" service I received from Ryan today. My car battery died in an empty parking lot and after I called Kwik Kar, he offered to drive over and jump my battery free of charge. This service prompted me to stop by Kwik Kar to get my battery replaced when I usually would have only had this performed at my local dealership (where I purchased my vehicle). If I'm ever in need of service when I'm in the area, I won't hesitate to use Kwik Kar's services again ... and will ask for Ryan.

Pretty horrible customer service. First time here. Wouldn’t recommend for service. Front desk clerk hardly acknowledges you. An elderly gentleman came in after me to get an inspection (same as me) incredibly inpatient with him, and unkind. First time I’ve not had my vehicle pass an inspection. Not familiar with having to pay for a failed inspection. Nor would I want to return to have the service done . Overall poor experience.

We brought two of our vehicles for oil changes and one inspection. During an overview, TJ caught an issue that I already knew about (thanks to a family member who is a mechanic), and his reminder led to a simple, much less expensive repair. While there, I asked about two additional known issues with our vehicles. They were able to take care of both issues and prioritized maximizing savings for our family. It was much more cost effective than had we gone to GM and the repairs were handled so well. Dwayne was wonderful with our inspection as well. This crew went above and beyond and we are now loyal customers for life thanks to their unmatched service.

Big reccomendation for Kevin that works here. My Altima has a headlight that is hard to access. We were able to purchase the bulb 3rd party, bring it to him and he installed it in less than 5 minutes.

I had a good experience at this location. The mechanic, Kevin, completed the job efficiently, and the pricing was fair. I brought in my own part, and the labor cost was reasonable. The service was completed right within the time quoted, and the overall experience was smooth and no-hassle.

Too fancy and complicated for a Kwik Car place. You can get the best deal at the Little Elm location. Stay away from places like this since all they want to do is rip you off.

I drop off my car for oil change last Saturday, after several hours I got a call from a guy name Tony. He say the back breaks were extremely bad, he also say the front were bad but not too bad. The back breaks needed to be replace right away. As a woman I got scare, and agree for the back breaks to be replace. I left my car overnight and the next day when I went to pick it up, another guy claim to be the manager say my front breaks needed to be replace immediately they were metal to metal. I told him I was confuse Tony had just explain that they were fine, he say no they are not. At this time I don't have 1k to replace both, trying to understand who is telling me the truth. This guy is yelling at me. Very confuse, disappointed for how i was mislead. My family will never come back to this place.

I have a check engine light on my car. I took it to several auto shops, and they recommended replacing multiple parts. I followed their advice, but the problem persisted. Finally, I stopped by this auto shop and explained the issue to them. They inspected the car, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it by replacing a single hose.

When I arrived, I was presented with three oil options: "Good," "Better," and "Best." I clearly selected the "Good" option, which was priced at around $48. However, when I went to pay, I was shocked to be charged approximately $91. When I asked the operator for an explanation, he gave me an irrelevant response and could not justify the charge. After I requested that he speak more clearly, he brought in another employee, who informed me that since my car was brand new, they used the "Best" oil without consulting me, claiming they don’t use "cheap" oil. I was appalled. If a decision is made to change the service or use a more expensive product, the customer must be consulted. It's not your decision to make without my permission. Furthermore, the prices for "Good," "Best," and "Ultimate" oils were listed as $63, $80, and $140, respectively, so I still don’t understand where the $91 charge came from. After I complained, and while other customers were waiting behind me, your staff struggled to adjust the charge. They eventually settled on $56, which was closer to what I originally expected, but this doesn’t excuse the poor communication, lack of transparency, and the sense that I was being taken advantage of. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I have always serviced my car at Honda, and this was the first—and last—time I will ever visit your business.
