Update: 0 stars. Not a fair place. Staff is inexperienced. Filled up so much oil that my engine is blown. Took it to another nechanic for oil analysis and found metal shavings. Car is a total loss. When I called them they said they're happy to redo oil change but not anything more. WOW!!! 1. They filled up way beyond the max level (pic attached). This would've (have) blown my engine 2. Website says $70 for full synthetic but the front desk quoted $95. They didn't accept my 30$ coupon. Instead applied a 15$ coupon. Ended up paying 73 despite carrying my own oil filter and extra oil (5qts limit). 3. I carried a transmission and engine oil additive with me. They said they'll put them in. This was agreed upon before confirming the oil change. After oil change, they said they don't do transmission additives here. Completely changed their words.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took our truck in to have steering fluid changed. Within 24 hours brakes went out. Took it to brakes plus and they told us to take it back to Kwik kar because they had failed to bleed the line and that affects the brakes. They had no clue. Then (after having worked in the truck) asked if it was gas or diesel. We took it to the dealership and they are now having to replace the cracked part in the brake line. AND they said they obviously hadn’t changed the steering fluid. Don’t let them get within 2ft of your vehicle!!!!!!

I have always loved taking my cars here. I am never pressured to get more done then I asked for. The prices are great and I dont feel nervous going there as I have other places. I always recommend people to go here.

I usually go to the dealership, but saw good reviews and convenient location for me. I will say staff was nice, but I’m glad I was watching. There was only one other car being serviced at that time. I have a Bronco and it has skid plates I watched them take it off change oil and they did not put plate back on. I told the guy and he was like oh yeah! Then I asked about washer fluid because I was empty and he said all full, so I tried to spray and it didn’t work. When I got home looked the reservoir was not full! Overall very disappointed!!!

The service for the oil change was excellent. I would suggest more professional demeanor from a service tech who made a rude comment when payment was being processed. Do recommend them highly.

I've taken my car to this location since 2018. Great service when I need it. I've moved from the area and drive back to get my oil changed here.

This location has the best customer service. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a car service spot that I frequently return to besides this location. They’re always professional and friendly and the waiting room is a nice atmosphere.
