Unprofessional and scammy. I don't understand how the reviews are so high. Went in to get work done, the AAA driver that picked up my car and dropped it off at the shop WARNED me about this place, mentioned Kurt's name specifically, and told me that multiple people he knows and dropped off there had bad experiences. I didn't listen, heck google and yelp reviews seemed good. Well, he performed work without asking me first, called and said it "was already done and this is what we did." Whatever, ate the $650. Drove out the parking lot, STILL NOT DRIVING RIGHT. Had to turn around and confront him, got my money back. Imagine being an "electrical" place and not cracking out the multimeter once? I bought a multimeter and a Chilton's book on Amazon, problem solved. Was an ignition coil slightly out of spec, new coil drives like new Funny how I ended up diagnosing my issue but the "professional" couldn't.... Sure knows how to charge you $600+ though and not solve the issue...

Sadly, my experience was not great as some others have stated. Not sure why I deserved to be grossly mislead and overcharged. I was charged $360 for a 45 minute diagnostic when their labor rate is $185 an hour. Fine. But, I was quoted almost a thousand dollars for a new blower motor. After some quick research, it was obvious I was being taken advantage of. $56 bucks later, I’ve got a brand new a/c blower motor from Amazon and my friend installed it in fifteen minutes, no exaggeration. It’s been working incredibly and I wish I had just contacted my friend in the first place. I’m fairly sure this would not have happened to a man. Very disappointing.

I wanted to try this place after seeing all the good reviews but the expectation was far from my experience. When I showed up to my appointment, I said hello and smiled, Kurt gave me a dirty look and walked away. He didn’t even acknowledge me as a human being. When I tried asking questions, he seemed irritated and snapped at me. It felt like racism. I don’t know what his problem is but he has terrible customer service and should be put out of business. Kurt is extremely rude and impersonal. He’s a con artist and marks up the price from what other places charge. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not waste your time or money on this jerk. After my first impression of Kurt, I will never go back to his shop again! I’m so disappointed.

On our way to Monterey bay aquarium from Sacramento, we noticed our battery light came on (alternator went bad) we stalled out and called the nearest shop. Kurt answered and said he can get us up and running after lunch time. We made it to his shop right at noon and got our car up and running in an hour and a half!!! Bonus is it was $300 less than what he thought it would cost too!! Kurt and his guys are absolutely so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! We are currently on spring break and have our kids cousins with us (6 kids total) and Kurt managed to get us up and out and to the aquarium with plenty of hours of fun!!!! Thankyou so so much Kurt!!!!!!! We owe you our 2023 spring break memories!!!!

I brought my Tahoe in for a electrical issue causing my transmission no to shift. Kurt found a loose fuse clip. He fixed the issue. He could have charged for a bunch of extra time and bumped up the repair bill and I would haven't known any better. Very good and honest shop and owner.

Kurt was very helpful. Had an issue with the car intermittently not turning on. After some diagnosis, it was determined a simple fix and did not charge me for the simple diagnosis. Could have been at least $100 just to inspect. At least I now have a place I would feel comfortable taking my car if there are any issues in the future.

Great shop with amazing customer service. Came in with a check engine light and Kurt took care of it right away. He and his team even managed to pinpoint an intermittent noise under the hood seperate of my issue, so awesome.

Most knowledgable mechanic I have ever known, with the electrical and fabrication skills, and creativity to get any job done. Reasonably priced, high integrity shop that won't rip you off. Been a customer for several years even though I live 20+ miles away. This is one of those places that is worth driving to.
