My Ram truck's heater wasn't working so I asked some friends and they recommended Kurata's. They tried a few things before recommending a new heater core which requires removing the dash (a big job). Unfortunately it didn't increase the heat output much so they tackled the dash. They used Mopar parts and did a good job! The heater now roasts you out of the truck!

A friend recommended this place when I first moved here in 2013. Said it was the most honest shop he’d ever used. It’s the only shop I’ve ever used and I’ve never been disappointed. Honest, good work, it’s a great shop.

I have not been here for over a year as I moved out of state but googled to get the address to pass along to someone else. I saw that several people gave 1 star reviews and had to put one up myself. This is bar none one of the BEST mechanics in the area. They maintain tight scheduling as they try to keep as few cars on the property as they can. It's not in the best area they are worried about YOUR car while it is in their care. Most shops just park your vehicles in a fenced in area. Guess what most catalytic converter thieves carry Sawzalls a chain link fence won't slow them down much if at all. They try to park all vehicles in the bays behind the roll up doors when they are not there. I never had them complete an unauthorized repair. One of the best in town. The best mechanic I ever had the pleasure of knowing refers everyone here after he retired. This shop is worth it.

I chose this shop from an approved list of shops to have an electronic device removed from my pickup and made a morning appointment. The staff were helpful and the pricing was reasonable. The work was done while I waited.

This place was unable to align my Range Rover when it was driving right. I took it to him 3 times and he still could not get my car to drive straight. I took my Porsche to him to get my shifter replaced and he killed my battery. My battery was practically brand new. He put a new one in and then charged me for the new battery. This a bad shop with bad employees. Do not go here.

Always the best service. Sharon keeps the schedule full so always best to call ahead and get on the list. Dave make sure that the best parts get installed the right way. They just make sure everything is done right.

I scheduled an appointment on a Monday to have the upper and lower ball joints replaced on my truck. I went here because they service the vehicles from my job and I was told they were reasonable. The earliest appointment they had was on a Thursday but the lady said she would call if I could bring in early or to let me know Thursday is a go as the replacement is urgent. I never received a call to come in early or confirm Thursday. I called Thursday morning and was told they couldn't do it today. The best they could do was the following Tuesday. I expressed the urgency when I scheduled the appointment and I didn't get a call back and the best they could do is not honor the appointment and attempt to schedule it 5 days later? If I could give 0 stars I would. Safe to say I will not take my vehicle here, I will tell all I know not to go here and will refrain from taking any Vehicle here.

Kurata was very quick, professional and courteous. I dropped my car off for a custom alignment for track days and they delivered exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend them.
