I had issues with my tires they cupped at 20 thousand miles and the shop fought with us to get the warranty to cover the tires. It took a long time but we finally got the warranty to cover them and I am getting new tires. Thank you Linda and Dave for working so hard to make this right.

My husband and I have been going to kurak tires for 15 years and the owner is the most honest , reliable and competent mechanic we have ever used. Easily 5 stars. The office manager is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Excellent experience. They got me into a set of tires and alignment for my daily driver at a very good price. I went with their recommendation. The axel on my car broke on my way to work in Parma and we had to make a quick decision about where to get it repaired. We did not regret our decision to go to Kurak's. Service was fast and no-nonsense, and my car was fixed far faster than I thought it would be given how busy the place was! I'm not super familiar with car repairs but the price seemed very reasonable. I don't live in Parma, but if I had to take in my car up that way again, I'd definitely go to Kurak's.

Took my Mustang and my Lincoln here. Not even two weeks after my Mustang was worked on it rusted out and collapsed while driving. Paid about a grand to get my Lincoln fixed and about 1400 for my mustang. Check engine light remained on, was told to drive it a bit it would go off. The problem still remains, can’t even go pass e check because they lost store copy of the receipt saying it was given to me (why would I have both copies ??). Windshield weather stripping hanging off when I opened my hood. I was very surprised and conflicted considering the reviews, not one bad experience, but two. Save yourself a headache and hard earned money.

Kind people, very efficient work. Easy scheduling appointments. Job is done in a professional manner. They don't push additional purchases on you while you wait. Know alot of customers by their name, so repeat and are trusted by many is what I seen while there.

I had a 95 Lebaron that mechanic after mechanic couldn’t figure out what the issue was. They were able to finally solve the issue that seemed like it was the end of the road for the car. They have gained a customer for life!

Showed up at 11am not knowing it was appointment only. The nice lady worked with me to fit me in and get my g8 wheel alignment. They finished around 1pm and my car drives so much BETTER...we'll definitely be using them from now on out.
