2 stars because he seems like a cool guy. But took $150 for a 4 wheel alignment. Told me my bolts are rusted, used incorrectly size wrenches. Told me a 7/8” is smaller than a 22mm. It’s not. He adjusted my front passenger side toe and that’s it. I went home and loosened my rear trailing arm using a 22mm wrench and was able to adjust the toe, nothing was “broken”. I should have never went there, lesson learned. Jacksonville seems to have a lot of lazy shops around.

Kreg has been the man for my tires, alignments, lifts, suspension and brakes for a lot of years. Personal service with a knowledge base that is difficult to match anywhere else. He is honest and reliable; if you need it he will tell you, if you don't need it he'll tell you.

Kreg performed a 4 wheel alignment on my 1965 Corvette today. It is refreshing to have a very experienced person with expensive and current equipment performing work on a 'family member'. Great experience. Honest, reliable and service was done right. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2021 Colorado truck to Kreg for a leveling kit and new tires. After considering all the options and Kregs advise, we went with a 2" ready lift leveling kit and Falken tires. Work was performed with no issues. Thank you Kreg for your guidance and doing a great job. Would highly recommend Kreg for your project.

I brought my truck in because it was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off center. Kreg took his time to really find the issue and also found a wheel bearing making noise that needed to be replaced. He replaced the wheel bearing very quickly and also spent several hours on getting my truck aligned perfectly. The truck was already aligned by another shop and said that was the best it was going to get. Kreg took the time and effort and got the truck steering and tracking better than ever. He is really passionate about vehicles and I’ve never experienced someone working that hard and being so tedious and dedicated to getting the job done the right way.

An auto repair shop that actually cares about the customer. Kreg is always professional and always Fair. If you're looking for a great mechanic he's definitely one of the few honest ones left I would recommend him and have recommended him to family and friends

I learned of this shop through word of mouth from his long time customers and paid him a visit to get new tires. He clearly explained my options and was able to get a great price on the tires I selected. He delivered fantastic service and did the work quickly. I returned a few months later for a brake job and was again impressed with the speed and quality of the service. This shop lives up to the hype enough for me to happily drive from where I live (across town) to see him. This is now my go-to shop. Thanks again Kreg!
