I can't recommend Korman Autoworks highly enough! Carl and Allen are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. I found them to be honest and a pleasure to work with. Although they specialize in racing engines and high-end restorations, they were very helpful in diagnosing and fixing a driveshaft issue with my stock E36 cabrio that's just for cruising the backroads. They certainly know their BMWs. Give them a try!

Any type of failure is awful! A simple AC Restoration at Professional BMW shop. After 3 1/2 months of disappointments NO A/C. E24 conversion from R12 to R134 Sanden Unit and didn't do a full A/C system flush. Bad decisions not to flush the rear A/C unit. "we did no inspection of the AC system" Paid a Ransom$$$$ for a bunch of unneeded service, instead of work associated with the A/C. I drove my car back and forth to the shop 3 times, the second time drove off with owner standing in the parking lot. Back again NO A/C! Week later Service Mgr called not about my A/C repair, but about a no start. Really! They were dishonest about the A/C repair and cut corners. Still NO A/C Leak Down again It's not the same professional reputation. Unsatisfactory!

Greensboro has numerous top notch foreign auto shops and Korman is noteworthy. Easy to find lower cost, but you will not find better. Skilled and reliable.

Rebuilt an E30 M3 differential perfectly. Details are spot on. Original markings preserved. My customer at EuroEnvy Autowerks was blown away and so are we. Thanks Carl for all the help.

I needed a new cylinder head, among a few other things, on my S52 in early 2018 and Korman did an outstanding job. I was kept informed of findings and given options for moving forward. I have since put a good amount of track time on the motor and it has run perfectly.

Excellent BMW tuner but also great with any performance automobile. I've been taking Mercedes and Porsche's to them for over 20 years and can't recommend them enough. A highly knowledgeable and honest performance shop. Referred many friends to them as well and everyone has always been very satisfied as have I.

The worst Autoworks experience that I ever had in the US , service director is extremely unprofessional, they will triple charge you for any service , I don’t recommend this business at all. Horrible attitude , I feel bad for the owner. Take your business somewhere else. Recisim is shining in thier eyes. You lost valuable customer.

Couldn't be happier with the way took care of my 5 car. When out of town, other mechanics ask me who set up my suspension because of the great balance of stiffness to everyday drivability. Korman put me through a series of questions before recommending the right set up. Fixed my window regulator for $121 when the dealer quoted $400. Fixed a simple oil leak when the dealer recommended pulling the head. World class BMW shop.

Just came across this review area. Here's my take on Korman Auto. They will lie to you about parts and service needed. They will tell you that they changed a part when in fact they don't, and they will overcharge for that service. Avoid them.

Worst***** BMW shop to go to go to. Bad service. Damaged stuff in my car and didn’t tell me about it.They lied to me about a transmission leak. Quoted me for a bunch of unneeded service. It was actually a $120 problem which I had fixed at carmine imports. Service girl CALEB was very ignorant and could care less about my concern. She basically said you pay the price or get lost
