After being involved in an accident we had been having issues finding a shop that could negotiate with this difficult insurance company. Knockout Collision was the first shop that was not only able to negotiate a check from the insurance, but deliver my car back to me in better than new. Everything from the color match to the customer service was amazing, I really don’t have any complaints. This place goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their clients as I saw when they washed my car and replace a broken bulb in my headlight. I really appreciated the workers and the care they role with working on my car. I’m sure that if I have issues ever again this will be the shop I go to.

Would recommend these guys 1000 times over! They went above and beyond to replace my front bumper in a timely manner and did a phenomenal job. Prices are fair and communication is excellent. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

They did such an amazing job on my car!! I hit a deer on Sunday… my car was done and ready for me to pick up by Thursday! Evalyn was great at communicating every detail with me and they sent me pictures of my car when it was done.

This is my second time using Knockout Collision and the service has always been exceptional! They’re very professional and very reliable. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They have done such an amazing job with my car, I would never trust anyone else with my car like I do with them. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Don’t waste your money and time with any other place.

Unfortunately, my experience at this body shop was extremely disappointing. The staff member I dealt with was disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills. I felt unheard and disrespected throughout the entire interaction. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when seeking assistance with my car. I highly recommend improving the training and professionalism of the staff to provide a better customer experience. I will not be returning to this body shop and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

Arnold and Everyone at knockout were more than helpful! They did amazing work on my vehicle despite hitting supply issue with Kia. I’m very happy with the work they did. Even vacuumed all my little kids mess out and made my car look brand new inside

Knockout stood by their name and knocked it out of the park by fixing my new 2023 Toyota Corolla. I’ve been there twice and both times they did an awesome job. They kept my car clean from the inside and gave it a nice wash from the outside before i picked it up. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good body shop with excellent communication skills. All parts looked perfectly aligned and even touched up some chips on my hood. It’s a five ⭐️ for me.

Unfortunately, I hit an 18 wheeler bouncing tire on 1604 during early morning traffic with cars all around it. Lights were flashing in my dashboard but the car was running. German cars can take a beating and keep going! Anyway, I knew I wanted to go local and not to a contracted place that my insurance company was pushing me towards. I was referred to Knockout Repair. My experience COULD NOT have been better. Arnold, the owner is very down to earth and genuinely cares about his customers. He is also extremely professional and up front. He kept me informed of everything happening with my car and my insurance. Arnold really cares about his customers and it shows. I promise you will NOT get taken advantage of here like you will at other name brand places, especially if you are a woman. I will take any future business back to Knockout and refer anyone else to him given the chance. I promise you can not go wrong trusting Knockout with your car repairs. Thank you, Arnold.

My experience with Knockout Collision was fantastic. They gave regular updates, answered all of their inquiries, and were up and honest about how long the repairs would take. I had a really wonderful experience with Arnold and his team. I was rear-ended & upon collecting a number of Estimates, Knockout Collision was definitely the most reasonable. Due to the extent of the damage, they anticipated about a month of repair time but fortunately, this awesome team worked so efficiently, they were able to get in my car back in 11 days. I’m super thankful to Arnold and his team and I can’t recommend enough. My car looks as if nothing ever happened! 5 ⭐️s

I had my car repaired on 1/4/33 by Arnold at KNOCKOUT Collision. I had difficulty getting into the other big collision shops. Arnold was able to get me in quickly and get me back on the road within a couple days. The work at KNOCKOUT Collision was excellent and I will use him anytime I need my car repaired in the future.
