Klipper Automotive was absolutely fantastic to deal with. They are knowledgeable and very attentive to the customers needs and time frames. Even as they were slammed with work, they managed to have my vehicle fixed on a quick turnaround. They also diagnosed the problem correctly and didn’t try to sell me other services that were unnecessary. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.

For my convenience, I take my vehicles to Klippers Automotive. My brakes pedal descend to the floor. The technicians informed me that I required a brake fluid flush. However, upon returning home, the issue persisted. The master cylinder was the culprit, and the brake fluid was still old. Consequently, I decided to perform the repair myself, incurring a $100 expense for the technician’s inaction. Twice I have taken both trucks to klippers automotive & both times I have been highly disappointed

I’m very grateful that someone recommended Klipper Automotive to me, so I am paying it forward and letting everyone know I have had great experiences working with Klipper Automotive to keep my 2009 Honda Odyssey in good shape! The staff at Klipper are honest and straightforward. I appreciate their car shuttle service, and I also found Klipper to be more affordable than other quotes I received for the same work. One thing I appreciate the most is the time was taken to go over my repairs in a way that made sense to me, as well as, in a way that helped me know which items were my top priorities, and which ones I can wait on. Sometimes, when you’re car needs work — certain places will make it seem like you need to do all the work at once, and that is not realistic for most of us who live on a budget! Thanks Klipper!

Their customer service is great. They are honest and don't blow smoke. They are prompt in keeping you up-to-date about the progress of any repair work. They don't charge for the labor diagnosing a problem if you subsequently have then repair it. The only negative is that the parking area is very crowded (which is likely a sign of their popularity in the community), but that's only a minor inconvenience. They even offer a drop-off service for customers who need a lift after leaving their car for service.

My husband cannot drive anymore and Susie was very helpful getting me to and from the service appointments and scheduling them at a time convenient for us. The service was completed in one day and everything works perfectly. Thanks to everyone at Klipper Automotive it was a stress free experience.

To start off I attempted a repair above my skill level and made things worse. Brought my truck to Klipper after talking to the nicest lady on the phone. When I arrived at the shop, I explained my situation again and they didn't make me feel bad or "stupid" for trying something I knew I shouldn't have. I learned two things from this experience. 1. Don't try to repair something that involves taking the dash out and 2. I found a new auto shop that I trust and has good pricing and friendly staff. Klipper Automotive has provided us quality service at a reasonable price for both our vehicles, I know I can trust their auto work and they have kept my 2005 Jeep Wrangler running at peak performance in spite of the difficult issues with the Jeep over the years.

On Friday Scheduled an appointment here for a diagnostic on the following Tuesday! When I scheduled the appointment I included a detailed description of the problem/issue. I also explained that I needed my vehicle back as soon as possible since I used it for work.I brought my car in at 730am as requested by the shop! None of this information was available upon check in and I had to repeat the entire problem/issue again. I was told I would hear back that afternoon. I never received a call back! 15min before the shop closed I HAD TO CALL THE SHOP and ask them what was going on! I was told the diagnosis had just came in. It was nothing but the same information I had given in the AM and nothing had been done to diagnose the issue! The shop charged me $149.00 for about 15 minutes of “diagnosis time” and kept my car all day causing me to miss work! When the did come to pick me up it was in a dirty car that smelled like ass! Will never go here again!

Had to make an appointment but that's not a problem at all. The had a comfy waiting room and they were all very friendly. Someone even offered to give me a ride home if I needed it. This will definitely be my regular place

Code / Issue (throttle position sensor (TPS) I had my car towed to Klipper Automotive, they were busy and had no openings but from a referral I was advised they were pretty good. I spoke with a gentleman Brandon who was honest to tell me they were busy but I could leave my car and when an opening came up or a tech was able to look at my car they would. I got a call from a representative (Jonathan) two days later. Apparently my vehicle was so bad that I needed a whole new engine. I did not get a diagnostic report nor did they charge me for it because it was such a "catastrophic issue" and it would not make sense to charge me for one considering I needed a whole new engine. In shock at the feedback, I advised him I would have my vehicle towed - and get a second opinion. I took my car to Jeep to get a second opinion. Lo and behold - all I needed was an "Accelerator Pedal" replaced. The part cost me slightly under $200.00, it was replaced (plus their labor charges of course) and the car is moving with no issues and clearly - I did not need a whole new engine.

Followed John to Klippers because there is no place that is as honest, the quality of work as excellent and everyone is so friendly, helpful and caring. Can recommend highly. You will never go anywhere else. Sitting in the waiting area are generally repeat customers coming in that know John and the staff. It is a comforting experience. They take care of you like you are family.

It's not too often you find a company for ANY service that you like so much that it becomes your regular place. Klipper Automotive has become the absolute GO TO for both me and my Husband. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else, and haven't for a couple years now. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, quality assured, fairly priced, friendly, and provide a cozy waiting area. I’ll be taking my car here for any future work for sure. I came to them to fix an issue I had from taking my car to a different shop & I have not had any issues since! Excellent customer service. Employees are knowledgeable, professional, and just friendly overall. They were also able to work with my limited schedule & guaranteed the work would be done same day, which they followed through on. I’ve been to quite a few places in the past, but Klipper stands out. Highly recommend.

Leaving a review now because i’ve heard nothing back about my car. My husband dropped it off at 730 this morning and we had to call them for an update. 7 hours later the car hadn’t been worked on and apparently now they’re closed without notifying us that the car would have to stay overnight. I wouldn’t have dropped it off in the first place if I knew communication would be this bad.

This place is definitely not the place to go if you are on a budget. One air shock installation $1657. One shock installation $457 for labor, parts=1 shock $1056, shop supplies $20, and once the job was complete they charged a $60 fee for using a credit card. I was not told about the credit card fee in advance. Who carries $1600 in cash around to pay for anything anymore? Charging a fee to pay your bill should be against the law, especially when you are not informed in advance. To me that is like theft by control. After getting the vehicle back I researched the cost of air shocks for the vehicle. A set of 2 air shocks costs $256. They charged over $1000 for 1 shock. I am reporting this shop to the BBB in Marana. I will never use this place again and dont recommend that you do either. If you have buckets of cash to throw away then this place is for you though. Helping people is not the nature of this business. It appears they are out to milk you for everything they can. I am totally shocked that these folks dont seem to care about the impact they have on customers. If I could post a negative star rating I would.

This was my 3rd trip to Klipper. All for different reasons. I have an older Honda CRV that is showing its age. These first 3 visits were for specific concerns and repairs that were needed. In addition to that I asked for their opinion on further needed service. I came away very happy with the service and with the quotes for 2 separate pairs of further service needed! I highly recommend Klipper, not only for the service, but for the folks that work there. It is family owned and operated. The family has a strong presence at the location.
