I have been trusting Klingenann for my car maintenance and repairs for years. They have always been exceptional. Russell and his team assisted me today with a cracked tire valve. Russell was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the progress. The entire team is quick, efficient and professional and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Russell, was able to get in the morning I discovered a screw in my tire - they did a quick repair after evaluating the condition of the tires - they are always communicative and helpful-and fair/honest pricing- been going here for years.

I have taken my car to Klingemann a few times and every time, they do little things for free that they notice, they do not try to upsell you, but note everything and give recommendations if a less expensive way can solve the problem. Russell is the man that knows! Seriously they all do, but I can ask the dumbest questions and he is so knowledgeable. Great and safe place to take your car for service!

I’ve been having problems with my tire indicator light coming on. Took it to Klingeman’s auto off 290 where I was warmly greeted by Russell and Daniel. Despite being backed up, Russell worked me in to make sure I wasn’t driving around with a nail in a tire. Albert couldn’t find a problem other than being a little low on air but did alert me to a possible oil leak and let me see it. Greatly appreciate the kindness. Go Cubs Go!

Took my car in for an emissions test last Saturday. Russell was super friendly and helpful. It was close to the end of their work day, but they knocked the test out for me and had me on my way in about 15 min. I’ve taken my cars here for years and would trust them with just about any repair work. They are kind, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. Highly recommend Klingemanns. Thank you Russell!!

Klingemanns service is outstanding ! They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing my aging brakes with my Toyota Rav , explained everything clearly, what was broken, what parts I needed and provided a super fair price for the repairs. Fast , this shop is fast for repairs. Then they put in a new starter for me / 8 hr. turnaround - great price. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process ; Shop Manager texted me when the Toyota Rav was ready for pickup . I felt completely confident leaving my Toyota Rav in their hands and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. I've recommended Klingemann to family , friends & co-workers for honesty and excellence.

Absolutely wonderful service! I had to bring my car in to get my driver's side front window fixed as it wouldn't roll down and Klingemann's was just wonderful throughout the entire process. Russell was amazing and made dropping off and picking up so easy. I also had my brakes replaced and everything is now running smoothly in my little ford fiesta! Thank you guys for your wonderful service on my car!

Excellent service here always! The team here is efficient and knowledgeable.They definitely put their customers first. They have someone who specializes in Mercedes by the way. Russell was extremely helpful today. I was only in for less than 30 minutes to tighten up some loose ends from my last service. Once they were done, he walked me out to my car to make sure that everything looked good. I thought that was a nice touch!

high recommend this automotive shop! I spoke with a tech named Russell about my 2012 Bmw 535i and he understood my need due too Bmw dealer charging high prices. He got me a diagnostic and had my car inspected for other things! come to find out i had a broken tie rod. got it replaced and now i feel more safe on the road.

Bought a used car from a dealer about 3 weeks ago, super happy with my purchase until the 'check engine' light came on. Took to auto parts store and had them run a check, code came back suggesting an emissions problem. I brought my car to Klingemann, asking for a fuel injection cleaning and oil change. Russell was so helpful. I shared my print out of the code and he brought Morris into the mix. THANK you gentlemen for not just taking my money, but actually advising me to go speak with dealer. I went to dealer, and raised a bit of &^%$ and they are working on it as I type. Hoping the dealer turns out to be just as honorable as the guys at Klingemann. I will continue to bring my cars to yall, throughout the years you have always been someone we can trust. Thanks again for the assistance and good advice :)
