I used him previously for my car and reached out for another quote for a new job .I previously had a wonderful experience with him , but his answering service was horrible !!!!! I tried making an appointment and the operator said he was unavailable and then immediately disconnected the call. She did not give an option to schedule an appointment nor any alternatives .

Had to give them one star so that I could write about my experience with these people, I called yesterday morning left a message I received a text with a link to request service about 2 hours later which I did soon after and here it is way after 24 hours and not a word from them, they have my phone number and email address there is no excuse whatsoever for the lack of professionalism, lack of courtesy, I wonder if they really need the business or this is just a hobby or a pass time for them, businesses like these should close their doors they are a disgrace to society.

Called Kevin in the morning, was able to get to stranded car to diagnos the problem. I was able to get the car towed to a safe location later that day with his coordination. The next day he had the car repaired and back on the road. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing auto repair work.

Kevin the best mechanic out here I needed a radiator replaced asap and he was able to get it for me and replace it in the same day and he was quick and professional and his customer service are amazing I will recommend him to anyone honestly and his price are affordable not overpriced at all and he dose his job with love and honest

Kevin is OUTSTANDING! When we needed to get my father's car moving and ready to ship - he was there in a blink and got it running. Did I mention it was an old-school Chevy S-10 that was sitting for 8 months? Kevin was professional, on time, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding service! I highly recommend KLD's. My daughter's car wouldn't start at work and Kevin was able to come out the next day and get it started and then ordered a new starter and replaced it at my daughter's home on a Saturday. It was so nice not having to pay for a tow. Very fair pricing. I'll definitely be using KLD's in the future.

The number one thing I always fear when trying to find a mechanic to fix my car is being scammed and charged a bunch of money for repairs that don't even fix my car. Let me tell you my fears are over I have finally found a mechanic that is trustworthy. He's actually there to help you figure out what the actual problem is, he explains everything in full detail to where I understand it, he tries to find a solution to where I'm not spending all my money and he made everything convenient for me. I'm the type of person that panics as soon as my check engine light comes on. Now that I've met him I don't panic anymore because at the end of the day I know he's going to take care of the issue. If you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanic he is your guy. He is the real deal!

We’ve got a 2012 Nissan Altima. Kevin made time and got the repairs diagnosed. A right, front axle and a wheel bearing were what needed to be replaced. He came out the next morning and got us fixed up in no time. Kevin is a great mechanic. He’s professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend him if you need your vehicle repaired.

Great communication, very friendly, and very dependable. I was not able to get my car to a shop and Kevin was able to determine the issue and fix it in no time at all. Not only did this save me money from a towing fee, but it was the most stress free experience I have had to date when experiencing car trouble. Highly recommend.
