**New review** I was so impressed with this shop I brought my Mom's car in for a transmission fluid leak diagnosis and was again extremely impressed by their honesty, integrity and above and beyond customer service. Austin and Ed really went out of their way to take care of us as soon as we pulled in despite being super busy. Mom just became a new customer, thanks guys for making me look so good! :) Based on their amazing reviews and being 2 miles from my house I called Kirkwood for a quote on a clutch replacement and from the way John talked to me I knew he was an honest guy who would take excellent care of my car and they did. He and his staff are very thorough, detail oriented and care enough to do the job right the first time. I'm buying an EV next but I will happily refer Kirkwood to anyone I know who needs a mechanic they are one of a few with honesty and integrity.

Gotta say this auto repair shop is A-1. Spoke with John, and I was able to explain my car issues to him. His team figured it out. I had a faulty alternator, which I had O'Reilly check, and they told me it passed. Long story short, these guys know their stuff and fair prices also.

This is a photo of my mechanic showing me my dirty injectors. He replaced all 16 I believe. The service was wonderful, my car runs great again and it's all because of Kirkwood's competent, skillful, staff! I recommend 10 out of 10! Thanks for saving me again, Kirkwood Autoworks.

I was out of town, and I suddenly needed to find someone quickly to look at my car. I happened on Autoworx, although I had never heard of them. They looked at my car immediately, with no waiting. They were very friendly. They did an amazing job with my car, and I thought that the price was very reasonable. I was quite happy with them. When I got back home, my insurance company needed a lot of extra paperwork. They expected me to find a local mechanic, who would cost much more than I had already paid, and I would have to leave the car with them for hours. I called Autoworx, just in case they could help me. I talked to the manager, who was very friendly. I couldn't believe how much he did for me, that day, and at no extra cost. The people at Autoworx were very friendly, it was very reasonably priced, they did a great job, and they gave me unexpected service afterwards working over the phone at no extra cost. I rarely trust auto mechanics, but after that experience I highly recommend Autoworx.

Not enough good things to say about this place and specifically Sean! I went in for collision repair and Sean was so kind, helpful, and got everything done within the estimate range and time window he quoted me. Not only does my car look great, but he delivered it to me and cleaned the inside. Appreciate you guys!

After taking my car to another vendor and hearing utter nonsense I called Kirkwood and they told me to come by. Took roughly 30 seconds to diagnose and my car was fixed the next morning. Great rates and great service!

Our autos are in good hands at Kirkwood and most important is that I trust them. Kirkwood has done two big repairs on our autos. Last year my husband's 2002 Tacoma needed a new engine. Recently, my 1999 Honda Accord had multiple repairs: engine mounts, transmission, timing belt, brakes, new door locks, and more.... My son is taking this car to Portland State University and I wanted to make sure the car is in good running order. The Accord drives like a brand new car. The other repair at Kirkwood was my 2011 Honda cr-v body work on the back corner panel. It looks like new. John and Clint were so helpful explaining the work and cost. Very professional and I never felt like they were rushing me, especially when I was going through my to-do list on the Accord. Thank You Kirkwood Autoworx!

I needed a gas tank replaced on my Dodge Ram after it was vandalized by thieves. I had a rough time with my insurance getting the process going. The owner of this shop helped get it all done fast via insurance and he got the part the same day I called him. He got the part before any approvals yet. Really pleased by the care provided for my truck also. I will recommend this place to everyone who needs repairs! 10/10

Nothing but great experiences with this shop, both for work related to an accident and unrelated bodywork/ AC work. Even with parts on back order they finished the work quickly both times and maintained communication with me during the entire process. The paint matching was spot on and my AC has never blown colder air, I will definitely be going back in the future.

These guys are legit! I wrench also and due to a recent injury couldn't fix my work truck. They had it fixed and tuned up in a day and had me back on the road. The one negative review I saw was totally false. These guys are professional!

This shop has the feel of a mom and pop shop. Parking is a bit of an issue , but I would rather have that and get good service than to have a big empty parking lot with poor service. Honestly is the most important thing I look for in a business and I have found it there.

Clint from this autoshop is amazing. He heard about my issues with a used car I bought from a private dealer, told me to bring it to his shop and took care of every issue with the vehicle. One shop quoted me 4k, he and everyone he recommended me to for all of my issues, charged me 700. Car runs amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Water pump was going out, brought my vehicle in, and conducted a thorough diag, the owner is honest about what needed to be done; found another issue with another relevant component and replaced it with approval prior to repair. The timeline for repair is straightforward and professional along with shop staff, and I am VERY SATISFIED with the repairs performed. If you want truthful, professional work done with answers to your questions and or inquiries, this is the place to have your repairs done! Will be back, FOR SURE!

They checked out my car found out that it was so messed up that they didn't even charge me
