I took my car in for a recall repair on a Friday and some other maintenance issues came up. Luckily most were under warranty. Scott was wonderful to work with and even when an issue arose the next day, he was responsive and proactive in handling (over the weekend on his days off). A service provider came to my house on Monday morning and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. Even with the slight snafu, I am giving 5 stars because of the level of care and attention and the intention and follow through in making everything right.

I was overall pleased with Kings services with several exceptions: my rear view mirror had been adjusted, left side mirror adjusted, driver side seat slid forward and could not get in, driver seat back adjusted, trip meter was zeroed out, and clock setting changed all this was done and all I had done was an simple oil change!

I always get great service at kings ! We bought our Atlas there (2018) and will definitely be buying our next Atlas at Kings based on the service department. They’re upfront about pricing, time car will be in service and calling with updates.
