I was very happy with my service experience at Kings Toyota. Kevin made the difference, he was professional, informative and went out of his way to communicate concerns that I had with my 2022 Tacoma. Kevin didn’t make assumptions about the noises that I was hearing in my truck, he actually took the time to investigate all possibilities and consulted with more than one Toyota Master Mechanics before diagnosing the cause. He clearly communicated his findings and even showed me video of detailed mechanical workings in my brake system. This type of customer service reinforces my trust with Kings Toyota and ensures that I’ll keep returning. These aren’t just vehicles we’re driving, they transport what we care about most in life, our loved ones. Good service matters.

Chris explained everything that my vehicle needed, the reasons and the cost of repairs thoroughly and without pressure. He was helpful every step of the way. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. I have been utilizing Kings Toyota for 9 years and have consistently found them to provide superior service just like Chris exemplified during my recent experience.

I have no complaints about service but I am disappointed that when I advised my GPS/Toyota ap was not functioning I was instructed to visit the sales department for help and then told at reception no one can help.

Usually, I can get in and out for an oil change in about 45 minutes. After over an hour, I went up to the desk to ask if they had an update on the car. The lady proceeded to walk away to find another customer. Nearly 90 minutes later my car was done. What a lovely way to waste my Saturday morning.

I had multiple services performed, they were completed in a timely manor. Tony offered a loaner vehicle, which we didn't need. Kings Toyota is the only place I take my vehicles. Tony provided excellent service and info for me to make the decision for the multiple service done.

I have been going to Kings Toyota for years to have my various Toyota vehicles serviced. On my last visit to Kings, I was helped by Kevin Saeks, who is fairly new to Kings. He is a new assistant service manager. He was awesome and I will request to work with him again! He took the time to address all my concerns and explain the things I did not understand in great detail. He explained the various options I had and made recommendations. He was friendly, polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Welcome to the team, Kevin!!!

I recently purchased a used 2023 Toyota with only 16,500 miles on it—well within the factory warranty. The vehicle had a few issues, so I took it to Kings Toyota Service Department to have them addressed. However, I was shocked when they refused to perform any warranty work, stating that since another Toyota dealership had previously worked on the repairs and did not fix them correctly, I would need to take it back to that dealership (which is four hours away!) or pay out of pocket. I asked them to call me first and let me know how much the repairs would cost before proceeding, but instead, they went ahead with the repairs without my consent and then made me pay for it! Not only did they refuse to honor the factory warranty, but they also ignored my request and left me with an unexpected bill. This is completely unacceptable for a Toyota-certified service department. A manufacturer’s warranty should be honored at any Toyota dealership, not just the one that originally attempted the repair. Instead of standing behind the Toyota brand and ensuring the vehicle was properly fixed, Kings Toyota Service refused to help, ignored my request for a cost estimate, and forced me to pay for something I never approved. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Kings Toyota Service Department—if you expect them to uphold Toyota’s warranty, respect your requests, and provide proper customer service, you may be disappointed.

The salesman lied to me when I bought my vehicle and every time I went in for service- absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 54 years on this planet. I was so angry and disappointed, I went down the street and traded the car they sold me in. Much happier I never have to go back there. That’s the most comforting thought I’ve had about them since dealing with them. Kings Toyota is TRASH!

Tony is amazing to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. Only get recommended what the car needs and he takes time to explain why the service is recommended. I always enjoy working with Tony.
