These people are very liars. I had a job with a used tire. The first time I went, he said $60. Then the next time I went, he changed the price. I asked him why. He said, "You came an hour ago and now you have to pay ten dollars more." They don't have a proper relationship with customers at all

The tire size on my particular car is usually hard to find in a used tire. This tire shop had a few in stock that were good used tires. Even with my past cars, I went to this tire shop. Never any problems from any of my visits there.

Unprofessional/Bad customer service, I did not have a nail or needed a tire fixed, I just simply wanted to ask them a quick question, they couldn't help me simply because I did not park my car on the parking lot line you know white stripes. Unbelievable all the negative reviews about bad customer service it's so true.

Just go here. I listened to AAA, and that was a mistake. First shop was closed Sunday’s, Firestone on Garland said they don’t know how to lift my car… idk how that makes any sense. My tow driver was like I know a place, and these guys were done in five minutes, not even. 10/10. THE BEST! Thanks y’all!

La primera vez k fui ahí todo bien me arreglaron una llanta con un plug y me duró casi un año y esta vez k fui me cobraban 25 por 2 parches pero k a lo mejor no quedaba bien, les dije k yo tenia una llanta extra , k se la montaran y me cobraron 25 y 3 k le di a uno por echarle aire a la refacción k traía puesta y se quedaron con la llanta k según no servía, fui a otro lado a montar otra llanta y me cobraron solo 10 dls en west Dallas , yo creo k ese día tenían hambre por eso me cobraron 25 jajaja pero jamas vuelvo a ir ahi , ah por k me decían k ellos tenían llantas de venta, les dije k yo tenia una extra

When asked to check and see if my tire was on correctly and the newer employee the old guy denied me service saying it was all good but never looked at eye level nor check it out and he stated he was not going to take the tire off and put it back on when I said I was paying and giving a tip. Ever since they got new employees they have been giving me problems and over charging for used tires

If I could give 0 starts I WOULD!!! Do not go here I can for a simple $55 used tire and left with NOTHING!! They broke my lug nut which they said couldn’t be removed I would have to get a mechanic to remove it left and was told it would be over $200!! To fix I still have no tire and now a new problem that Tino (the manager) and his staff said they could do nothing about!!! Stay AWAY!! Ohhh they also change the prices depending on who you ask. Very disappointed!!

The only tire shop open on a Sunday in the Dallas area. Called and was quoted $45 each per tire to swap. Got to the shop and it turned into$75. I needed it done so I paid the rate but didn’t appreciate the bait and switch. The whole process was under 10 min. Also, is tipping on a tire change now the norm? I hate it when a business hands you the square reader and says, it’s going to ask you a question.

Super service, nascar fast tire change, and open til 10 pm which is usually when you need a tire shop for emergency or to get a new set. Who needs a tire shop 8 am til 5 pm ? Pretty much nobody, and usually never.

Excellent experience! Had two damaged rims, both on the passenger side. Of course the tires were too badly damaged to continue using. Because I could not drive my car Tito came to where my car was parked, straightened-out the damaged rims and mounted the two new tires. I highly recommend.

Great place! Had a nail in my tire late on a rainy weeknight. They had me patched and good to go in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Usually have to wait hours at larger tire shops. Definitely recommend!

If you have a car with a spare tire underneath the car please don’t go here. I simply asked if they could change my tire because I didn’t have a jack & first they told me they couldn’t do it because my rims were too big then they asked if I have the tools to lower the spare tire and I gave it to them then they told me it would be $25 to change the tire! Wow. But I said ok because I didn’t want to damage the rim anymore from driving on a flat. They ended up not being able to lower the tire and told me that my tools were incorrect. So I asked if they were sure and if there’s anything else they could do they told me they were sure and that they couldn’t do anything. So I pulled into a parking spot and looked up a video on how to lower the tire and BOOM I lowered it in less than 5 seconds. So I go back to show them how to do it and they dude with a ponytail got pride hurt and decided now that he did have the tool needed and could in fact change it. By this time I’m pissed and feel discriminated against so I asked if I could just use the jack and do it myself then wala they changed it in less than one minute and then to top it off they proceeded to charge me $25 plus tax to change a tire in 1 minute. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! The shop next door is just as bad(if your not hispanic).

It's a great place to get some new, used tires. It has excellent service. Watch out for the upsell. I went in there for nail extraction with two new, used tires. The sales game is strong here

Let me start by saying i knew there were thieves in public, but wow! This shop takes the cake! This shop is so full of crooks its not even funny! Stay far away from this establishment! Unless you want to pay $20 for a patch!!!
