We made an appointment at the beginning on Dec for our Transmission on our 2023 CX-5 to be looked at and had to wait until Jan 9th to have it looked at. About a week before the appointment the check engine light came on and the heat wasn’t working so I called and explained everything and the lady said I could go ahead and drop it off. A week later Kings Mazda called and said the car was ready to be picked up come to find out they never even looked at the transmission. When I questioned what was done for the Transmission the service advisor blamed my wife for not telling him about it when it was dropped off. I know that it was in the their system bc when I called the lady read all the issues we were having with the car back off to me. So now we are pushing 8 weeks since we made the first appointment to have the transmission looked at and it still hasn’t been looked at.

they also rotated my tires and did an overall servce check. Tommy was great and kept me informed. Car was ready earlier than expected.
