First, the good. They have at least one competent technician. And Carla is a decent human being. Now the bad. I made an appointment in advance, and the rep said that they would have a loaner car for me. It was a big deal - I had to drive all the way from NJ. I show up and guess what, no loaner. Go F myself. I came in with a screen issue. Electronics would shut off for good. This problem correlated with temperature and I suspected some faulty connection. Which is what I told the service advisor. Spent almost 8 hours in the waiting room for the service to order a replacement part (control unit motherboard they told me) to be installed next week (to be fair they changed the battery, woo hoo). I come in next week. Wait almost four hours and guess what? It was a faulty connection!!!! I mean seriously? They didn't even install the motherboard they ordered. This will teach me to buy Infiniti...

This place is the best and Matt is awesome I’ve been having my car maintained here (2014 Q50) and I always leave with the piece of mind of knowing that any issue I had or was worried about is remedied quick and efficiently….thank you Matt and the techs at kings Infiniti’s service dept ya rock

I had an amazing experience at Infiniti, thanks to Megan and Carla! Even though there was a bit of a wait, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. Megan and Carla made the whole process so much easier and left me feeling valued and appreciated. Highly recommend their service to anyone visiting Infiniti!

Brought my 2022 QX60 to check why my AC wasn't working after them "fixing" it 6 months before. After I informed the service rep I would be waiting she gave me every worst case scenario why I shouldn't and basically refused to even have them look at the car. She was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I emailed the service department but never back from them. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning
