I appreciate King Wheel and Tires for taking care of me and providing a standard of quality. I had some discrepancies with one of the companies they dealt with, and they took it upon themselves to rectify the situation and make it right, even though it was not their wrong doing. A lot of companies don’t put the customer first, but one thing I can say is this company DOES! Times are tight and the economy is uncertain. Pound for pound, bang for your buck, I don’t think anyone else out here is better! If you’re in need of a quality rims and tires company you can trust to do the right thing and provide exceptional service, I strongly suggest you give King Wheel and Tires a chance to show you what customer service is all about! I know I will!

The customer service depends on who helps you. I’ve been in 4 times since Saturday and still have to go back tomorrow for my rear tires. I walked in on Saturday and told the younger guy I needed a tire, he kinda brushed off what I was saying and he insisted that I didn’t without even checking and says it just needs balancing. He balanced the front tires and I had to come back the same day because, I needed a tire like I said. The second time, Mike (he’s in a wheelchair) helped me. He was very patient, sent someone out multiple times to help me get a set of tires. Although, I only came for one tire, after talking with Mike, I went on to purchase a full set. I came back Monday to have my tires put on. The younger guy is there again, he comes back and says the tires didn’t fit. I was frustrated as I had just gotten off work. The younger guy says, he doesn’t know what happened but that he would order the tires and I could come back tomorrow as he sat down and scrolled on his phone, again kinda brushing me off. I came back today (Tuesday) and Mike was there. Mike explained that by the pics, he thought they were actual Porsche rims because of the sticker, which is understandable because they are replicas and do have the sticker. Simple mistake that anyone could have made, but his customer service makes it much easier to deal with. The problem was, the younger guy told me he was ordering the tires and to come back but HE NEVER ORDERED THEM!!! Smh… Again Mike, being patient and apologetic made a frustrating experience easier to deal with. He placed the order while I was still there, had the front tires put on and assured me that he would have the tires tomorrow, on Wednesday. I have to say, Mike is a great guy to work with, I appreciate him for explaining, taking time to make sure everything is straight. He even asked about my second day of school because he remembered I said I was a teacher when I came on Saturday. Mike deserves a raise. The younger guy could definitely use some more training. He’s too nonchalant for this type of business. I will definitely come back, but only if Mike is there to assist. Car service is way too critical and expensive to be treated like you don’t matter when you walk in.

Highly recommend. Came by with a nail in my tire on an early morning. They helped me right away. I wanted to buy a new or used tire..they were nice and told me they could get me fixed up for much cheaper than that since it was just a nail. Paid $15 for a patch! I'm a woman that came by alone and didn't feel uncomfortable or like they were trying to get over. They speak English and Spanish here. I'd come back forsure. This review is for the location near the Dallas zoo.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had a worn-out tire due to me needing an alignment. They didn't have my odd size but they were willing to order. The techs put on my spare free of charge! Thanks for your help!

Got some used tires but they were basically brand new, my man Brandon worked with me and got me a great deal for just my 2 back tires. I highly recommend coming and getting tires through this company and specifically the one at this location “628 S R L Thornton Freeway Service Rd, Dallas, TX 75203” !

Estoy muy molesta por que hace algunos meses compré mis llantas con ellos y he tenido problemas , hoy llame para decirles que fui a otra llantera y sorpresa las llantas todas están puestas ALREVEZ las de la derecha en lado izq y lado izq en el derecho … probablemente eso ocasionó desgaste en mis llantas delanteras no se pero LO QUE definitivamente si causa es mucho peligro manejar con lluvia. y así fue me sentía como si iba flotando y en freeway de 75 no puedo manejar más de 30 con lluvia o sea gracias a Dios no me pasó nada pero que atención dan al montar las llantas además de insinuar que miento que ellos JAMÁS hacen eso entonces quien lo hizo ? Allí compré y montaron mis llantas que por cierto a precio exagerado de lo real o será que Garland es el hambre del mundo … en cada llanta pude ahorrarme $ 85 dlls en comparación del lugar donde hoy fui a checar este problema … Ojo que puedes poner tu vida en peligro por la falta de atención .de la persona que brinda servicio y no sólo aquí hablo en general … pague casi 300 por cada llanta no crean que salió barato el chiste …

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BEAWARE OF THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SHADY. I am not going to identify the type of car, but recently I brought over a very expensive car for a service that should only take a couple of hours, they gave me a time from for a couple of days. That was not the issue though. After I dropped the car off, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. When I came to pick my car up they had it on the street INSTEAD of the garage as if they wanted someone to steal it. Guy who answers the phone tried to get an attitude as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Very unprofessional. Do not go to this location.
