King Collision did a great job in a timely manner. All though the estimate did increase by 35% on the final bill. Hopefully this isn’t due to the vehicle being a self pay fleet vehicle. I’m hopeful the total would not have increased by 35% percent over the original estimate if this would have been a personal self pay arrangement. Overall the job completion was to satisfaction.

Everyone here was so communicative and kind! They helped me understand every part of the process and kept me updated on the status of my car. Even offered to stay a little late on a Friday so I could pick up my car. Highly recommend!

The communication wasn’t the best. Parts were on back order and parts also came damaged so it delayed repairs. I understand things happen. My issue is I was not told this information until my rental time was up (enterprise called to let me know) and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I feel like I was given the runaround at times between them and my insurance and it was extremely frustrating and stressful. I am still giving a four star because the work was good, including the detailing they did after the job was finished. They also covered my rental fees that surpassed my insurance coverage.

Everyone at King Collision is professional, kind, helpful and do an excellent job. They continuously kept me updated with the insurance claim, which was not their job but they did it anyway and saved me from having to do it. Not only did they do amazing work on my vehicle, they cleaned it up to look “like new”! 🙌🏼❤️

I have been doing business with Kings Collision since I was in my twenties I'm old now so that should say a lot about their service and quality of service. Both Mr King and his wife are wonderful people and their crew are also equally as wonderful and they never forget a face even after all these years I got welcomed with a warm hug and they remembered me clearly on my recent visit. I would suggest them to anyone and I have also suggested them to my children so their business is going into a new generation in my family. The repairs were made perfectly and professionally. My car is only a year old and it looks like it did brand new. Kudos for a great job. The process in getting the work done had quite a few kinks with the insurance company, but in the end, all was resolved without issue. I highly recommend King's for professional, expert repair.

Customer service was excellent, the staff there are great and see to it that the job gets done to the best of their ability. Mr.William guid me through out my time there . Making sure to keep me up to date while my car was in the shop , Ashley etc. Everyone at king collision did there part in making sure that the customer was satisfied with the work done . I stopped there this afternoon. I had a minor issue that needed repair. Instead of scheduling me for another day, the manager took the time to review what was needed and brought out a technician. King Collison did super great fixing my 2018 Tundra. The auto body work is great as is the attention to detailing. I'm soooo glad that King did my collision repair ! My husband needed an auto body shop after an accident with his 2023 honda civic (that was not his fault). The employees at King were helpful and kind. Calling to keep him up to date on parts being ordered, when his car would be ready, etc. It took less than 2 weeks to get his car back and it looked as good as the day he bought it! They used all Honda parts to stay compliant with his warranty, which we appreciated immensely. I have already recommended them to friends and family, but thought we should reccomend them to everyone on Google too!

The folks at King Collision were fantastic. I didn’t know where to take my car that needed body work from a collision. I went with the one that had the best reviews and word of mouth recommendations. I’m so thankful I did. They kept me updated the entire time & worked directly with the insurance company. I didn’t have to do anything but drop off and pick up. My car looks like nothing ever happened. I love that they back their work with their warranty and even detailed it. If I ever find myself in a position to need body work again, they will be my first call!! A big shout out to Ashley & Tracy for keeping us updated. Thanks again for a great experience.

We have used King Collision twice now for our vehicle. The first was an accident and required alot of repairs/repaint,the second was a smaller job. The shop did an excellent job with everything from initial estimate to detailing vehicle before returning it.Would recommended to everyone.
