DO NOT USE PERIOD!! Would give a negative zero review if it let me. Never been so dissapointed with a company that is so unorganized!! My car was wrecked on 4/20/24, they picked my car up 4/21, in the driveway did a quick video saying it was a total loss. 21 days later and after 2 attempts of my insurance adjuster going out they said both times they were not ready with a supplement, was not ready for them and could not put it up on a lift as the estimate from my insurance company was only$755. Of repairs and 1 day to repair. All while the shop was telling me my insurance adjuster was a no show. A total lie! 4 days ago I went to the shop and they could not find me or my cars Vin # in the system. Then could not find my key fob. After and hour and a half they finally found my fob in the back, not with the rest of the keys, so I could get belongings but told me nobody from my insurance company had been out which was a total lie. I was informed Maurice the main guy was in the hospital and when my insurance adjuster went the 1st time he was told they were not ready for them, AGAIN this was 20 days of my car sitting at their lot, I was then told the guy that does the supplement is out for a family emergency until the next week. I begged and pleaded with them as my insurance only covers a rental for 30 days asking what we can do. I was told nothing just wait! They totally dropped the ball! Again it took an hour and a half to find me in the system and my key fob. I did not trust they will get my insurance a supplement in a timely fashion as they had more than enough time already! Having a different shop pick it up tomorrow. Highly recommend not to use. I understand things happen but with a shop full of employees they should be able to take care of customers if the owner is out. When I 1st called I heard good game of when I say go they go. That is not the case. The worst experience with a business EVER in my life and I'm nice and patient! Have been totally respectful every step along the way. Have not raised my voice, only pleaded my concerns asking what I can do to get them ready for my adjuster to come out and see the estimate of repairs. They don't care 21 days in and they have done nothing but run the adjuster off 2 times saying they are not ready for them to see an estimate and refused to put it on the lift. Go anywhere but here!! Heads up. Do not know how they are still in business!! 21 days today and nothing done but it sitting on your lot is not professional! Take heed in my warning so u dont get stuck paying for a rental before any estimate or repairs!! The good reviews must be from family and or friends. I have called several times the last 21 days, even showed up and got nowhere. 1 day i was put on hold for 55 minutes to get an update when i finally hung up cause had stuff to do. The front desk lady intentionally avoided calls while i was there the hour and a half. Her name is Tammy. Did not know what she was doing either and not taking care of customers making comments about it while i was there. Bad business

FRAUD WARNING: King Collision collected a $500 ‘deductible’ from me and then charged an additional $500 ‘deductible’ to my insurance company. The kicker? They never actually repaired my car because it was totalled. I went into the repair shop to settle my bill and my insurance agent spoke directly to the shop in order to verify the exact amount of money owed. After the shop finished speaking with my agent, they struggled for the next 30-40 minutes figuring out how much money I owed. He then verbally told me what was owed and had me “punch it into the calculator app on my phone” (yikes). This first number is lower than I believe it should be. He says “Add $500 for the deductible”. Now the number is correct, but I should not be charged a ‘deductible'—that is something that the insurance company collects and pays towards the repair of your vehicle. Nonetheless, this number is correct according to my agent, the shop and my calculator app. When I finally check out, I ask for a detailed receipt. The next day I get an email from my agent saying that there is a problem and the shop has not released my car. I assumed it was just a misunderstanding, so my agent and I called the shop. The shop then demands an ADDITIONAL $500 ‘deductible' in order to release my car. This is NOT what was discussed on a recorded phone line with my agent the day before. This is NOT the amount of money that the salvage/ towing company was told. This is NOT the amount of money that I clarified with the body shop directly in-person the day before, nor is it correct according to the receipt that they gave me. When my agent confronted the shop as to 1) Why I was being charged a deductible at all for no repair work and 2) Why the bill was still incorrect after speaking with them directly, their reply was, “It’s just semantics.”, before laughing and hanging up on me and my agent. Insurance fraud is just semantics, apparently. At the very least, they are grossly negligent in their business practices and should not be trusted with your property or your money. To King Collision: If you would like to dispute the factuality of this statement with me or my insurance company, PLEASE DO!!! All of the calls between me, my agent and your shop were recorded and unlike your incompetent employees, I actually keep my receipts.

I used them twice in n past with great results but they are now requiring cash up front before they give you a quote. Meaning you have to pay even if you get a better quote somewhere else. Are you kidding me?? Lost my business. Sad.

I went to King collision to get my bumper looked at and the man there was so courteous and he quickly resolved my issue and did not even charge me I so appreciate the integrity that is always shown at King collision this is not my first time doing business with them but every time they have always showed me a level of excellence that few places have shown.

King Collison was excellent! They gave updates on the progress of our SUV and although the final part took a long time to come in from the dealer, they were very prompt with getting us in to get the finishing touches. I will definitely come here again with any auto needs!

The 1st guy that helped us quoted us for repairs that weren’t needed. When went to pick up the car they didn’t repair what was agreed on, they took it upon themselves to “repair” something that they saw was wrong. They billed the insurances for their benefit. If using insurance have the insurance, give you the check instead of the insurance giving it to them directly bc they will take it and not fix what was agreed on.

The owner of the shop was able to get my car in & out fast in which was very important to me since I didn’t have a rental. The front desk team was nice, responsive & professional. I am so happy I chose this shop for my collision repair. My car (2021 Nissan) seriously looked better than when I first took it home off the lot. Great service, great team, 100% recommend.

They had my vehicle for a month. When I went to pick up my vehicle...it still wasn't completed. I pointed out a big area that wasn't repaired. They had to order the part and two day's later I had to go back for them to finish the work. In addition, before taking my vehicle here, it was dented but drove smoothly. I had just had $2300 of mechanical work done three weeks prior. I told them something was wrong. It drove rough and that I could hear a knocking. They said it was a tire sensor that needed to be replaced. I had to take it to Luke's to have them repair what this company broke.

The service here was awesome. Not only the work but knowledge with the processes dealing with the insurance company. They had my car fir about a month but the insurance company held them up for about 2 weeks.. got car back and everything matched up and fitted well.

Well, I think it was a good experience from the reception I got. Customer service handled me well which I really appreciate. And I hope they will do a good job on my car. OMG! KING COLLISION is really auto body repair KING. They did a FANTASTIC job on my car. I was sceptical when I was refered by a friend but I was not disappointed at all. I went to pick up my car, I saw it looking great and shinny like a new car. I am also aware of their DETAIL SERVICE which I will try. I heard they very good with that too.
