went to see why my radio wouldn’t turn on. They told me it was electrical, then they fixed it without telling me how much it was first and charged me. Then 2 weeks later my radio went out again so I took it to the dealership. They said it was just the tow switch turned off, so they turned the switch on and my radio came back on. All it was, was a switch… so either King Auto mistakenly thought it was electrical or I was taken advantage of. Either way I won’t be back. You should always tell a customer the cost and the issue before proceeding with the repair.

Love his service. Communication is on point!. If he says, your car will be done at 3:30pm. It’s done. If he isn’t able to have it completed by the time given best believe he’s calling and confirming.

Had a great experience. Went in for a oil change and a small noise coming from front tires. Oil change went well and they found the pads in the back needed replacement. Price was reasonable and they were fast!!! The owners Sammy and Sonia were very friendly and helpful and u can tell they care about being honest and fair. While waiting I talked to another customer he said he has been coming to them from Allen TX for the last 15 yrs. That’s all the advertisement I needed. Found my new mechanic!!!

I was very impressed with the way the entire staff from King Auto repair took care of my auto care needs. I spoke with Sam on yesterday. showed up 8:30 am today I was on my way around 9am. everything was fixed. I was expecting the worst, yet Believing for the best outcome. and sure enough my prayers were answered 🙏 it was an overall experience that I will continue to remember. I wil be back 👍
