This place was great for what I needed. I knew the issue (replacing the starter) they didn't ask to bring my car in and diagnose the issue. Simply priced switching out the part as I asked at a reasonable price. They were done within two hours and charged me what they quoted. Would recommend anytime.

This is a great shop to take your car, the manager is very understanding and thorough with his work. He even didn't charge labor a few times I brought it back. 100% recommend this business 🌟

Abomination of a shop. No body knows what’s going on. Terrible customer service. Like the rest of these reviews they will likely reply back with some insults and bad grammar. I tried to get a receipt but will not give me an itemized one to show me exactly what they did. When I tried asking multiple times nobody could tell me what they did. No CC’s. Machine has been “down” for 2 years. They did fix my car. Don’t know how. Don’t know what was done. No idea what I paid over $1000 for. So if you care about that stuff I’d recommend going somewhere else. Over all feels like dishonest people. Would not go back again.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will tell you they fixed your issue but will ruin something else in your car to keep you coming back. You will go broke. Please do yourself a favor and take it to an honest mechanic.

Stopped by to see what was wrong with car. They attached that little computer thing and told me the problem. Only problem I had is they charged $85 but didn't announce that until after they'd already done it. Plus they only take cash. No cc. The 85 would've come off total repair cost had I let them repair it. I did not.. Please let your customers know about the diagnostic charge before doing it. Or post a sign or something

They must buy there stars or something this is the sketchiest place I’ve ever been to charged me 1088$ for a seal apparently. I would know what they did to it if the sent me an itemized receipt and not a “flat rate” and everything else zeroed out. They said their card reader just went out come to find out if you read the old reviews it doesn’t seem like they’ve ever had one. Every review they respond to with poor written insults like a child. Idk who’s running this circus but it isn’t going to be afloat much longer by the looks of it.

Unprofessional and overpriced. Good luck trying to figure out exactly what you’re paying for because they’ll just charge you whatever they want with no itemized invoice. Would not even recommend them to air up tires.

Had a wonderful experience with Mike and his crew, I’ve had ac repair done to two different vehicles a Jaguar and BMW and they handled everything with promptness and professionalism. I hope I won’t need any more repai soon but if I do I’m locked in with King Auto Care.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am by this shop. Great communication! Worked with my insurance to save me as much as possible. Had my vehicle done on time with no surprises. And best of all, affordable. I had quite a lot of work done to my vehicle and was updated by the mechanic every step of the way. If I ever need car repairs in the future, I will definitely be taking my BMW back to King Auto Care. Can't recommend them enough!

MAHMOUD HAMED Is the biggest Thief I ever met. He stole peoples cars and parts inside the car when we give for repair. Don’t go here, if you go and get repaired here your car will get repair after few days. He steal parts from other cars and charge you for the parts like he brought brand new.
