I scheduled a repair and delivered the vehicle when they said they had parts. Weeks passed and then I was told the parts were coming. Then when I called to check on the repair it was still not finished and didn't get a return call until after promised. I had rented a vehicle based on their schedule. I had to spend 2 weeks extra rental due to there slow response. I definitely would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

A year later and my car still smells because they left it out in the rain. I'm still cleaning up windshield glass that's falling out of I don't know. And I have extra parts in the back of my car. I have no idea where they came from. I understand it took forever to get the right parts but they should have taken better care of my car while they had it. I still don't understand why I couldn't keep my car until they had the parts in. Never again

First let me say the repair work that was done was of very high quality. This shop went above and beyond in making my car look brand new. That said, the time for the repair was extensive, which wasn't the shop's fault because parts were delayed, but I could have used a little more communication. If you have some patience, I would absolutely recommend this shop because their quality of work is the best in town.

I went to get an estimate and took a couple of days to get when they said I’d have it in a couple of hours. When speaking with them about it they got annoyed and kinda rude over the phone when I went out of my way to try to be nice. I’ve emailed since then to ask a question and it’s been days since hearing back. I thought with my first phone call speaking with the guy went really well but I will not be having my car serviced here. Hopefully it’s just my bad luck and people are getting better service.

If I could give negative stars I would! This "business" has had my vehicle for over 6 weeks and the work is still not complete. The work was quoted to take 12 days. This is an insurance job that they already received funding for and the work is still not completed as promised. The worst part is the changing stories-parts aren't in, pinstriping not done-everytime, it's another story. No calls back and we are left to keep chasing down a new excuse. They've offered for us to take the car with incomplete work and then bring it back to finish, but why would we ever trust that they would ever finish what they haven't been able to in OVER 6 WEEKS?!?! I will be informing my insurance company about this and hopefully will get my car back in 2023 😫

If you have a project car that you needs that extra touch or that dream of perfection fulfilled go see Jay and Jeff. Jay is well versed from movie cars to 100+ Best of show titles. The work is amazing and it shows with what kind of attention went into my s13! He can see details in your car better than you know the back of your hand. Jeff’s prices are spot on for the quality of work. I can’t thank them enough!

Pulled into a pole the other day, scraped the side decently and there were some parts out of place. Brought my car in, expecting to pay a few hundred bucks to get it all put back into place. Got there and explained what happened and they popped everything back into place and fixed it FOR FREE! Amazing service everyone was super nice. Highly recommend!

Thank you to the staff of Kim’s especially Jeff and Caitlin (hope I’m spelling that right) for a great gob on my Mk7 GTI. I had a fender bender and I’m really happy with the labor work, paperwork, and genuine care they took with a car that they knew I love, and wanted the best possible service and care for. It looks like nothing happened, they matched the paint great, and just did an overall great job. Thank you and I would highly recommend this shop

Great job painting the top, grill & mirror caps on my Bronco. I am extremely pleased with the work and the staff was fantastic to work with. I truly felt they cared as much about my vehicle as I did. Additionally, Jeff stayed late to finish the paint so I would have the car for a weekend trip. Highly recommend!

Had appointment to get my car fixed November 15 went to drop it off this morning. The girl says you’re not on the schedule then gives me an excuse how paint booth broke yesterday it’s gonna be a while before we can get you and I said I will go elsewhere. She proceeds to say you’ll be lucky to get it in somewhere else before February not the way to do business.

Kim's Auto Body has a customer for life! My story begins at Wilde Lexus Body Shop. After having my vehicle for 1 month and waiting on a "glass guy" for almost 2 weeks, I was continuously given a completion date that never seemed to come. Even once I found out they were lying and their glass company refused to work with them, they still continued to give me dates for pick-up that they knowingly couldn't promise. After being fed up from the run around from this corporately owned dealership, I removed my vehicle and called Kim's Auto Body. They repaired my vehicle that very same day and for literally half the price! The staff could not have been kinder and more accommodating. Kim's Auto Body will be my first call from now on! If you are nervous about leaving the dealership where you bought your vehicle (as I was), please consider Kim's Auto Body for honest, quick, and reasonable work.

I had a little damage to a front fender was given a very reasonable estimate to repair damages and also repair a few car door dings or shopping cart dings. The repairs came out magnificently matching the paint perfectly on a 14 year old car! I still cannot tell where the small dents were I simply am unable to find them. Kim's Auto Body is beyond professional. A total class act in both workmanship and customer service. You will not be disappointed.

I stopped by in August of 2020 to get an estimate to paint the bed of my truck. I went back in October of 2021 to have it done and Jeff honored the price from last year and delivered finished product earlier than expected. I had an overall very good experience with Kim's Auto Body and was pleased with results.

Jeff and his staff went above and beyond to repair our damaged cargo door on our 2020 Newmar Ventana 3407. The work is truly remarkable. You could never tell there was damage to the door. In fact, when we picked it up today, we actually forgot which door it was! RV's have very "busy" and multicolored exteriors, and the colors and patterns were matched perfectly. Hopefully, we have learned a very expensive lesson that will never be repeated. If we are ever in need for bodywork on our RV or personal cars, we would not hesitate to use or recommend Kim's Auto Body. Once again, thanks for the GREAT job!!!
