Have used them for years on a variety of major in minor repairs, on a 2019 Chevy traverse, 2012 Cruze, 2019 Lexus, and 2013 Cadillac. These guys know their stuff are super friendly and communicate well which is important these days… On top of that they always do great work. They just recently repaired a car that we bought at a used dealership, which had a five day warranty guarantee on work that was needed and the entire invoice was covered by the insurance that we purchased, and there was no issue, it was smooth as it could be

I had an amazing experience, everyone I spoke with about my vehicle at Kidwell was extremely helpful, supportive, experienced, patient, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will definitely be taking my car to them for ANY future repairs. Take your car to them I promise you will not regret it.

The folks at Kidwell, all the way from the service writers to the mechanics, were quick to diagnose my problem, put together a quote, and schedule my service. Once the vehicle was delivered, the work was completed quickly. They also found another part to be failed, and completed repairs under warranty for me all in one go. Great service.

Justin, Chris, and team were great. I had some warranty company issues that were COMPLETELY outside of their control and they made sure to inform me of what was going on from their side of the repairs and what my realistic expectations should be. They are busy, but that’s a good sign, because a busy shop means excellent techs and a positive reputation. I thank them for taking care of my car repairs and for being the intermediary with my car warranty company.

Chris and his team were truly fantastic. Battery was reading 100% but car kept needing a jump. They took the time to keep checking stuff and figured out the battery was dead. Didn’t take too long, great people and great price. Never going anywhere else

The guys at Kidwell helped me out big time when I was driving across the country. They squeezed me in early on a Wednesday, diagnosed and replaced my starter in under two hours. Can’t recommend Kidwell enough. If I ever break down in Indy again, I know where to go.

I am more than pleased with my total experience with Kidwell electric. I purchased a under the seat storage box from them only to have to return it a few days later due to getting rid of a truck it was going to be used in. They were more than happy to process the return and give me a full credit to my credit card. I recently purchased another truck and went back to them to purchase the same rear seat storage compartment. They still had the other one there and it was a very simple transaction. In addition to that, I had an electrical issue with a blower for my air conditioning and heater. They diagnosed it quickly and efficiently and within a couple of hours had the repair completed at below their original estimated cost. If you are in need of any of their services, and electrical or mechanical, I would strongly suggest that you talk to Chris there. Not only is he quite knowledgeable, but he is a great guy with which to work.

People that work there were friendly. They had my car for a couple weeks trying to run down a problem and had to order something from Ford, but during that time I was given updates. They were willing to tackle a problem that the local Ford dealership would not and the car runs great.

Would not recommend I dropped mt var off yesterday did a inspection pee the warranty company as the knuckle bushing needs replaced we already has another well known place full inspection with s full print out and pictures wr stayed there at that place while that was done Ling story short inwas late getting to kid well upon arriving I waited 2 get help I heardbsomeone finally say who the f is honking i said it's me they said pk well we will see you later I said what do you mean the guy said you have to drop your car off with nopne telling us had 2 hurry and and make arrangements for someone 2 pick me up as he saidbir wojldntake mkst of the day dealing with the warranty company that was around 11am it's the next day no call for updates about even picking my car up so I'm now about w call as my car has been there since 11 am yesterday and 2 my knowledge inwas supposed to be picking it up yesterdays ans they would submit there findinf to the warranty COmpany!!!! Don't recommend at all

Justin and his team were far beyond accommodating with the repairs and process for my grandparents vehicle. They were very informative, timely and willing to work with them. My grandfather said that the car now runs better than the day they got it and went above and beyond all expectations. They always take great care of me! My car has been a headache since I’ve gotten it, thankfully most has been under warranty. Justin and his team did everything from reaching out to the warranty company on different occasions and helping when we had an oil consumption issue. The only reason I’m not giving 5 is because they do have a hard time with communication. Even if they say they will call, just give them a shout because they might have forgotten.

Sent my car to them due to fuel pump module issues. They were backed up which was understandable due to the hot humid weather. I would have given them 5 stars but I have low jack on my car and it sent a warning to my phone saying the top speed that the tech hit was 85 mph. I was not happy with that issue. But other than that I got it back in a timely fashion. I may still recommend people go up there for their automotive repairs. Just hope they make sure their techs don’t hot rod the customers cars. That’s the only issue I had and the only reason I give them 3 stars

Kidwell is the place I am taking my vehicle for any repair. They are friendly and knowledgeable on what they do. Had rear main go bad during the sub temp. I called them and they gave me a fair price and a tow truck came and got it. After they fixed it and had a 1 year warranty. Saw some oil places 3 months later called and took it up there. It was a after market seal which they replace it factory seal at no charge because under warranty. They are great people to work with and highly recommend them. Clint
