A little hard to find because it's behind a parking lot but the faculty is awesome. I wish I knew the woman's name that helped me but she walked me through so many things that I knew nothing about. She told me the best way to get it all done which is a huge pain when you've been in a wreck not your fault. I will update when I find her name to give credit where it is due. I see why they have such a good rating.

Had my 2019 VW Arteon repaired at Key Collision as they were referred by my AAA insurance. The team at Key worked directly with my insurance company which made the entire process easy. The work did require some extended time to complete, however the end product was superb. Excellent quality and attention to detail. The repairs look as if nothing happened. The personnel of Jen, Kenny, and Bill were great to work with and easy to communicate on the status during the repair. Highly recommend this group for any collision repairs you may require.

My 2019 Toyota Yaris was repaired by Key Automotive Collision Center. Though it was only a fender bender, they were very professional and great to work with! AAA referred me to them, and I would recommend them as well!

Outside air noise from left side door panels replaces. Door does not seem to seal outside noise as before and as on right side.

Was never updated as to the status of my car. Had to follow up myself to get any sort of updates whatsoever. When the car was complete you’d think they clean it up/etc after $15k worth of work.

Don’t ever take your vehicle here. The workmanship and customer service is terrible. They don’t stand behind the work they perform. They put the wrong fluid in my transmission and accept no responsibility. 8k spent for nothing but problems.

Staff here is incredibly friendly, and helpful. They are thorough, professional and patiently answer any questions you have. Car accidents are never anything you want to deal with, but if you have to & you need a body shop, I highly recommend Key.

Glenda and John are the real MVP here! I had a huge delay not only waiting on parts to come in and the paint-less 3rd party repair company was booked out. This made me run over my 30 day rental coverage with my insurance company and didn’t extend my coverage but Glenda and John worked with me to make sure I still had transportation to work while repairs were being complete. They worked with through the delays and got things done the right way despite the adversity we all had to overcome.

Key is so big, that it should have its own zip-code! Seriously, it is huge! But the service I received was exceptional. My car looks great! Plus being able to use Hertz — right across the street — made it easy to get a rental card while my car was being repaired!

We believe Key Collision Center did the best job possible even though the staff kept getting changes from Allstate. First Key Collision thought the adjuster told them the car was totaled. Then that changed, Key did a great job once they finally got the "go-ahead to fix it!"

I feel like they over charged for this little damage $2,607 I read a review where someone said they price gouging and they definitely are kept my car for 3 weeks costing me $975 in rental car fees I will never ever take my car to them again

The staff are fantastic here and helped make a difficult time very positive. Communication was excellent and the work was finished to an excellent standard. Would absolutely recommend all of them anytime. Kenny was instrumental in making this process great with constant feedback and great commitment to the details. 5 out of 5 stars.
