My window was stuck. I called them, and they got right back to me the next day despite being very busy. They were able to fix it quickly it only took them a day to repair it! It works great now and was fair price to fix! I highly recommend them :)

Check engine investigation + rear struts Kevin was able to fit me in when I had time off. They investigated the check engine light that kept being triggered. Thankfully it was an easy and inexpensive solution. Then they tackled my rear struts. They had been watching them since my 180K mile check. Big expense but worth it. And they answered all my Subie strut questions!

110% place my trust in Kevin and his crew. I took my '09 Civic here for the first time because the check engine light came on. Kevin took a quick peek and diagnosed something off with the operating temperature. He and Lisa asked how the car was operating, etc. and were NOT at all pushy about taking the car in for repair if it was working fine. I scheduled an appt anyway. In the week before my appt, I did some research and learned the issue was likely a failing thermostat. At that point I could have taken care of it myself but decided take it in anyway. Kevin made the exact same diagnosis and replaced it as you would expect. Parts and labor cost were pretty much exactly where I would have placed them. Kevin's Auto Care is a rare gem.

I brought in my car because the check engine light was on and it was having some sort of cooling issue. Kevin was extremely helpful in his diagnostic and also just in being honest about what he thought was best moving forward and pricing for everything. I also enjoyed speaking with Litha in the office, she was incredibly kind every time we talked (which was A LOT) and it made for such a pleasant experience.

ATTENTION WOMEN AND SENIORS. I am a senior and a woman, my car is my freedom. Before Kevin I worried that I might be taken advantage of by repair shops. I never have to worry again. THANK YOU KEVIN! Kevin's Auto Care is the only place I will take my car for maintenance and repairs. I found Kevin several years ago after calling several shops as well as the local dealership for a quote for a repair. Kevin's quote was quite a bit lower than the others. I was sceptical so I read reviews. I was impressed so I made an appointment. The work was done on time and the cost was a few dollars less than the estimate. Kevin has taken care of my cars now for several years now and I won't go anywhere else. Kevin is a man of high character and these days that says a lot. Everything repair I have had done has been done well, first time every time with no surprises!

From the start, this shop has been kind and informative. I'm from a small town, and they give off that "neighborly" vibe that I often miss living in the Metro area. Their prices are incredibly fair. I just got a PPI done and not only were they efficient and had managed to squeeze me in last minute, but Kevin brought me out to point out a couple things they'd found and explained what they meant. (In this case it was just paint.) And I felt more confident purchasing the car. I'm so happy I found this shop, they're wonderful!

My truck recently developed a decent size coolant leak, which looked like it was coming from the water pump, and an oil leak that i thought was due to a bad oil pan gasket. Kevin asked me to drop it off for a few days to take a look. Hours after dropping it off, he had done the assessment, on both the oil and coolant leaks. Found the oil leak was not the pan, but from the oil pressure unit, and provided a quote for service. Quote was very fair, and he commenced and completed work the next day. Talk about fast! Great work, very fair prices, and doesn't mess around! Highly recommended if you are looking for an independent shoppe! Thanks Kevin & Co.

Our family has been using Kevin as our sole mechanic for years now. He was the main mechanic when it was still Kevorks Auto Care and then he bought it and changed the name to Kevin's Auto Care. Top notch service and super reasonable prices. We won't take our cars anywhere else. We even bought our 16 y/o daughter a car Kevin bought from one of his customers. He went over the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was mechanically sound. We couldn't be happier with the service we've gotten there over the years. Highly recommended!

The Toyota dealer recommended a bunch of fixes to my 2012 Siena, totaling $10,000 (I am not kidding!). I brought it to Kevin to assess whether my minivan was really in need of so much repair. Kevin gave me an excellent summary of the items recommended by the dealer. The most expensive item on the list was $5k to replace the timing cover gasket. The dealer had noted that the gasket had seepage. Kevin examine it and figured out that the “seepage” was actually axle grease. I had a problem with the sway bar linkage and front axle last year and the dealer fixed it. However, before the issue was fixed axle grease was being splattered and that landed on the cover. There was no need to fix the gasket! Kevin recommended changing the fan/drive belt, as the dealer had recommended. The dealer price for that was $372. Kevin replaced it for $160. More than the cost savings I appreciate Kevin’s clear explanations and realistic assessments of repair needs. I am very glad to have him in my neighborhood!!

I called Kevin’s auto care because my car was starting to shake as I turned my wheel, which is scary when you have small kids in the car. Kevin’s Auto Care was able to get my car looked at and fix the part that was broken right away and with ease. The whole staff was very kind and communicated with me whenever there were updates. Their price was extremely affordable- I highly recommend coming here if you have any car issues.

I have been taking my car to Kevin for 3 or 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. I have personal relationship with the guy who will be working on my car. In the past I just dropped my car off somewhare and mostly just dealt with the cashier. Take your car to Kevin, and like me, you'll find out what providing superior car care should be.
