Idk if they schedule people based off their phone numbers or what but I called on a Monday asking to bring my car in and was told "Well...yea u can bring it in, we won't be able to look at it until 3 or 4 days though" so I said ok I'll bring it in and they said ok but they didn't ask me my name or type of car or anything defining. I called the next day (Tuesday) and asked if I could schedule a day to bring my car in and I was told "well yea u can bring it in NEXT Thursday and I'll try to look at it that same day" I said ok that sounds good I'll bring it in and again they said ok without asking my name or car or anything. I'm really just confused on how it went from a 3-4 day wait to an 11 day wait. Needless to say I don't have 11 days available to sit and wait just for my car to be looked at so I went somewhere else.

Kessler fixed multiple issues on my performance Mustang. I was recommended to take it to Andrew (Kessler) as I had some issues with my supercharger that not many people in town would have had the knowledge to fix. Not only did he fix them, but he did it a very reasonable cost. On top of that, Kessler Auto also multiple other issues on my car that were causing me serious problem at little additional charge. Word of mouth is what's important the most in my opinion when it comes to auto repair shops and I will forever be able to vouch for Andrew and the high quality work he does.

They towed my vehichle in, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed the next day for a reasonable and straightforward price. I was very impressed, they seem like very decent and knowledgable folks with an ethical business sense. In all honesty the world would be a better place if more people ran their businesses like they do. I Will be recommending them to everyone I know in need of auto work.

Had a previous mechanic tell me I needed a new fuel pump & when I took my car to Kessler for a second opinion, they discovered the problem was only a clogged fuel filter. They fixed it in a timely manner and saved me over $500. On top of that, the staff was friendly and the cost of the repair was a very affordable price. Highly recommend this business to those in need of a trustworthy mechanic.

Was lied to, stolen from, and vehicle returned after being repaired in unrepairable condition and a safety hazard. Paid in full for oil change to end up with ceased motor ordered refurbished and returned with check engine light next day to be told it's nothing. Than a oil puddle under car was told was just old oil on frame from oil change. Drove 150 miles for a longer trip to have to return cause vehicle was covered on undercarriage with oil and was smoking. Pulled vehicle into Kessler Auto Repair to inform of problems and was assertively told that it wasn't his responsibility and he would fix it but I wouldn't be returning. 4 days later Kessler calls me to inform me that car is fixed and I go to retrieve my Subaru and I check over the area of the leak to find worse damage caused to my refurbished motor as well as gasoline in my engine oil or some other evaporative solvent, no power steering fluid, overfilled coolant overflow and debry in my radiator. Also informed me he wasn't going to be there and my keys were in the car. Car starts smoking after driving less than a mile and is to hot on bottom of engine to touch. I have demanded a refund but have received the run around. I have more than given this place a chance to refund my money or repair my vehicle instead I get a pile of junk that cost a bundle of money. I count my blessings that no one has been hurt by this negligence and that your business makes this right promptly. Dishonesty and no integrity and the photos and your own response just prove your mechanical incompetence.
