Excellent service. Graciously greeted upon entering. Tj shared the process and then offered to lyft me home. although I appreciated the gesture, I declined so I could walk for exercise. He called later to inform me of the completed tasks and then recommended maintenance all the while acknowledging the great care taken with the vehicle. I thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

Love this place! I took my car here for an emergency maintenance on my breaks, and they had my car all fixed up in no time. Really friendly customer service, very reasonable pricing, and a convenient location. It’s really hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, so I’m glad I found Kerry’s. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The staff is very friendly, my oil change was so quick, the waiting lounge is comfortable, and I didn’t feel pressured, but rather supported when notifying me of my upcoming need for new tires. I will be back!

Do not get a transmission from this place! In 18 months, all 3 of the transmissions they put in all failed. For $5,500, my vehicle is worse off than when I brought it in and now I can’t even drive it. The manager even said they would fix my vehicle and then went back on his word. Customer service is subpar and communication is not their strong suit. This used to be a good, respectable business but no longer lives up to those expectations.

What is the point of making an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to have my car be looked at 1.5 hours after originally scheduled (9 am appointment and my car was finally in the bay at 10:30 am)? Afterwards, there was no communication about what was going on and it was up to me to call twice about the status of my vehicle. Keep in mind this was all for an oil change which usually doesn't take more than 20 minutes. I also was quoted $200 (part + labor) for a part (belt) that costs $40. Lastly, they didn't even reset the oil percentage. All of the above made me wonder if they even did the oil change. My one star is for the fact the staff was respectful which is my only positive. Let's just say I will never bring my car here again. The only reason I did in the first place was a coupon I received in the mail. Big mistake. Update (1/9/2025): I took my car to the Firestone on 67th and HV for an issue with my front brakes. When I inquired about the belt, they reported it was in good condition and there was no need to for it to be replaced. That said, I find it maddening that Kerry's Car Care was so insistent that it NEEDED to be done right away as it was a "safety issue."

Dissatisfied for sure. I went in there for a low priced oil change, with their flyer mailed to my house. Instead they charged me more than double with no explanation outside of "sorry about that". Certainly a facility I will never use again. They had no explanation and couldn't care less. We just moved to the area and I was hoping for a place for regular car care, but this is certainly not it.

My car was making noise and so I brought it in. Although he had very busy techs, Kerry took care of me himself and got my car looked at in the time I had before work. We didn't do any service but got me another appointment in speedy time.

Run as far away as you can from this location! Unless you love working with dishonest employees with ZERO customer service skills, who lack the knowledge needed to give you confidence that they can fix your car! We took our vehicle as fast as we could somewhere else.

I've been taking all my vehicles here since they originally opened. Always trusted that they were fair priced this time when I got an $1800 bill for a break job on a 2017 ram truck I decided to call around and check their prices. I got a price from a reputable repair facility Christian brothers, and for the same work their price was over $500 cheaper. When I brought this up to them, the only thing they did was bad mouth the other shop. Makes me wonder if I've been overcharged all these years for example when I paid $1400 to replace the oil pan gasket On my 2019 mustang GT just the gasket not even the oil pan the gasket was a $40 part. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

Correct Diagnosis - Terrible Pricing (they hide their actual labor cost in the price of parts) Brought my car in because it was blowing smoke out the back. They did their diagnosis and concluded that injector 5 wasn't working properly. They wanted to charge $4,655 so they could change all 8 injectors, all 8 spark plugs, retaining clips and the fuel filter. I told them I didn't need all that work done on the car, I just needed the part that was broken to be fixed. They refused since they were worried about giving their warranty on their work unless they replace everything in my car. Understandable. The part that blew me away was their charge for parts. $1,800 for the injectors ($760 if I buy 8 from Ford), $1,050 for the clips ($12.50 each from Ford). The guy on the phone claimed that's the cost from Ford and they couldn't do anything about it. I obviously found otherwise. Ended up fixing the car myself. Replacing just the 1 fuel injector and all my spark plugs. Cost me $300 ($4,355 savings). I gave them an extra star for the mechanic giving the correct diagnosis.

I have taken my car to Kerry's before for an oil change. Today I did the same. We were in agreement that we were going to put synthetic blend five quarts of oil for set price. Me and my wife drop off the car. We get a call 45 minutes into the service for suggested maintenance. We've all been there. Every oil change place does this. I decline their offer. Pick it up an hour later only to be charged $80 for full synthetic blend. They claim to my car can only take synthetic oil. In my owner's manual it suggests to run synthetic blend and I have been doing so since I've owned the car since 2020. I will never take my car back to Kerry's again.

They have been taking care of me very well for over 8 years and have done a fantastic job getting me in same day and respecting my time and my schedule and because I'm a loyal customer they do not nickel and dime me for every little thing so I greatly appreciate that and would highly recommend them. Today Collin made my life a lot easier by squeezing me in and also looking at some other issues that I was unaware of.

This specific location was recommended by a friend... Morgan and the team were professionally pleasant from being to end. Granted we encountered a hiccup with my repair, the rectification process was an apologetic NO PROBLEM!! Vehicle is running smoothly again! Like a friend told me, if your having car issues GO HERE.

I brought my wife’s car in today for an oil change and an inspection being that the car was at 73k. I set an appointment up to help ease the process. It was easy to do b so online, and the car came back with recommendations for maintenance. I spoke with Morgan and Joshua, who were very friendly, and they were able to explain what was needed and help me figure out what was priority. I didn’t feel pressure to accept maintenance throughout the process. My car feels great and I will definitely be returning to the Location on 67th, in Glendale!

I took my daughter's car to Kerry's Car Care out of convenience to get her oil changed. When I went to pick her car up a couple hours later, the service rep Keaton, handed me a list of repairs he said were needed asap, totaling $3,400. I was baffled because I just had the car gone through by my normal mechanic 6 months ago. I brought the list of repairs needed to the mechanic my family has used for the past 25+ years. I left the car with him for a day and he went through the entire car and the list of said needed repairs. The only thing he recommended was replacing the spark plugs which I had him do for $140. All the other repairs were not necessary, including replacing the CV Axle shafts that Keaton specifically said needed to be done ASAP, for $1500. The water pump was not leaking, the valve cover gaskets were not leaking, the brake flush and service was not necessary, the coolant flush and service was not needed (it was done last year), the fuel system service was not needed, and definitely did not need the CV Axles replaced. I would highly recommend having another car mechanic shop give you second opinion before getting any "recommended" work done that Kerry's Car Care says needs to be done before wasting money on unnecessary repairs. With that said, I will no longer be getting oil changes out of convenience any longer at Kerry's.

We have been using Kerry's at this location for a few years now and if there ever was a mishap, it was always handed graciously. No major issues. Always able to take us in for a quick oil change. Staff is nice and respectful.
