He is very unprofessional. He was rude to my mother. He stated he could fix the issue. Then, he changed his story and charged her anyway. Stay away from this guy. If he rips off old ladies, who won't he rip off?

All I can say is, if he says he changed something, make him give you the old parts! He said he replaced, and charged for, an ignition switch, but when called out about it (after being paid) he admitted he hadn't done it, yet didn't even offer a refund. Today we had to replace a part that he replaced less than a year ago. Basically we paid about $3500 for an oil change.

Says he only knows regular maintenance. I see many old schools there and they dont know how to work on one. I took my stuff to bandys. They knew what to do.

He is a wonderful mechanic. Has changed my car battery, and gotten nails out of my tires multiple times. The shop has a very friendly and welcome atmosphere. I recommend Kerns to all of my family and friends!

I love Dave. My family loves Dave. He has been my family's mechanic for nearly 30 years. I will not trust anyone else with my car, nor does my family.
