Great service and even better prices. They told me I did not need a part as they could repair the one already on it. Sure enough it worked and saved me a large amount of money.

New to the area and needed an inspection for an older vehicle that is not often used. Tried Kepple's based on it being close by and outstanding reviews. The woman who took the appointment explained their process to me (ie. cash only, where to park the vehicle). They inspected it and even fixed a few issues they weren't anticipating. Thanks for the good work, I'll be back!

Woman working the phone needs to work on her customer service skills. Asked to make an appointment for later in the day (just in case there were any openings) and she very condescendingly said they close at 3:30, they don’t take walk ins and they want cash- like slow down i haven’t even booked a time with you yet and will not be. There are no hours posted online. I asked about this saturday and she very rudely said they are closed on weekends - like i said no hours posted online so how would i have known that (still not attitude needed) she also mentioned to me how many customers they have so that’s why i need to call in advance- should i apologize for asking? very unpleasant customer service i’ll take my money elsewhere- very disappointed because i read about this friendly atmosphere and this lady gave off a terrible vibe.

This is a really good garage! The mechanics are skilled and most of all they are honest. They will tell you only what you need done, and and perform the work for a very competitive, fair price. They also complete the work on time. I have taken my cars to this family-owned garage for more than 20 years.

They are very good and honest- actually referred me to another shop that could do something cheaper than they could. Very nice and very good service- they even dropped my car off at my house for me when they were done with it.
