Having just walked in and not knowing what was wrong but a ‘Maintenance Required’ sign I got an old issue concern resolved. A diagnostic test was run just like any where else and I was told what was wrong and how much it would cost . We agreed on the cost and when I walked out, I could use my key remotely and when I applied my breaks there was not noise. Couldn’t use my remote key for 3 mo the and the noise on break has been some good 2 years and it bothered me so much but they got to the bottom of the issue and I am now a happy driver! Your sincerity, kindness, and professionalism is what brings me back. And their bathroom is clean!!! Thank you so much and I will always support local businesses!! Go KENT BUSINESSES!!!!!

Everything is fine but the thing is they park your car outside all night long and then you will see scratch on car and they should extra care of expensive cars like opening door and make sure that door didn't hit anything when they open it ,car got scratch never come back to this shop and please be careful scratch no goes away easily and ruin look of your car

I've never met such an honest auto Mechanic as Robert. I trust this guy with all my cars. I'm glad to have met him.. And I know that every time I take my car to him he will be as honest as he can be, and help me with advise on what needs to be done , or other routes I can take. He is very helpful.

Cannot thank Robert and the staff enough. My Service Engine light came on Tuesday afternoon and it was running a bit rough. He told me they wouldn't be able to get to it until Friday. Called me yesterday (Thursday) to let me know it was done. This is the second time they have provided me with exceptional service. Some reviews I have read have insinuated that they are overpriced but I figure, a cheap mechanic isn't good and a good mechanic isn't cheap. I will continue to use Kent Auto Repair for future needs and will be referring them to anyone needing GREAT service for their vehicle. Thank you again!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Kent Auto Repair a little over a year ago. I initially visited them to get my freon refilled, but unfortunately, it leaked out soon after. I returned, and their team was incredibly responsive. They quickly inspected my AC system, discovered a leak in the condenser, and had it replaced by the end of the next day. Their efficiency and customer service were impressive. I’ve since moved halfway across the country, so I no longer visit, but I highly recommend Kent Auto Repair for their excellent service and prompt repairs.

Just wanted to do a used car inspection. They don't include a test drive or take credit cards over the phone. He gets two stars for still sending me the report by text even though I had to pay the seller of the vehicle just to get him paid. I believe antiquated it the kind verbiage here. Looking at the report, he checked the box for may need future attention on literally everything except brakes, but I knew it needed brakes. No fluid testing. Wouldn't engage the 4WD without an additional hour of diag.

This was my 1st visit to KAR and the customer service was excellent! Robert was wonder! I had my brakes and rotor completed with an hour. The price quoted is what I paid. I'm new to te area but KAR may be my new auto repair shop!

Worst service ever. The perfect example on why mechanics have a bad reputation on scamming their customers with extra fees and charges. I took the vehicle to another shop and was quoted over half off. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I learned my lesson and won’t be back. UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: calling your customer’s reviews “fake” further proves that you don’t care about customer service. Most apologize and want to learn on how they can improve. You didn’t even try to do that. My review isn’t fake and now the world can see just how valid my review is. I really do hope that your methods and attitude change towards your customers. They deserve better.

I can’t say enough about Kent Auto. I own a local business, and making sure that our vans are always taken care of properly is always top priority for us. Kent Auto also realizes children will be in these vans and the crew always checks and triple checks for safety and reliability for us. I would recommend Kent Auto to anyone that needs any type of work on their vehicle. Their rate is always fair, and they always stand behind their work.

Refilled my AC condenser, took everything back out because there was a leak and then charged me $125. No progress made and took advantage of someone in need. Take your business elsewhere.
