I was a drive in and they were nice enough to take me that morning and keep my car overnight when I couldn’t return by 6pm. Good work and nice people. I use them regularly now!

The folks at Ken’s were outstanding - attentive, communicative and patient. I had an issue with a tire on my car. I came by, Sy (spelling?) was at the front desk and was great to deal with. Perhaps it was just the timing, but I was in and out in 20-min for my tire repair which far exceeded my expectations. To reiterate, I think I was just lucky with my timing because as my car was finishing up, customers started to come in. Regardless, not only do I recommend Ken’s, if I have any future issues with my car in general, I’ll be coming to Ken’s to see Sy. Thanks for all the help @Ken’s Team!

Fantastic customer service. When I called right before closing, they fit me into their schedule the following morning, worked around my schedule, explained/showed me what the issue with my vehicle was and had very moderate pricing compared to similar services I’ve received from other places. 10/10 would recommend, especially for young women in the area who feel intimidated by finding a reliable auto repair shop.

I’m a 70+ yr old woman and love these guys! From making the appointment (during which the gentleman I spoke with advised me to return to the dealer and have them correct an issue they caused; Ken’s could have performed the repair but their advice saved me $$$) to always doing top notch work, to giving me some feedback on a planned car purchase—they are great to deal with. Honest, reliable, skilled, professional. The space is tight and the waiting area is basic but I’m not there for coffee and bagels. I can’t recommend them enough.

Got a state inspection done here and the guys at Kens Automotive were super nice and informative! Great with scheduling, explaining the standards for inspection, gave me a two week grace period to fix a minor issue so I wouldn’t have to get the car re-inspected. Usually I’m wary of car mechanics trying to rip me off, but this seemed like a pretty no BS place. Would gladly return.

I started using Kens Automotive in 2022. I found them via my neighborhood Facebook page. I noticed that every time someone posted about needing an automotive shop: Kens was always mentioned. The words/reviews that folks stated were always great! I have an automobile from the late 90’s. I actually had to get a jump to get it initially to their shop. Fast forward: they’ve done unbelievable amazing work on my “99 Red Baby”:)! I can get to them very easily and from customer service to contacting me after the work is done and checking on/following up afterwards regarding my automobile and how things are going is beyond expectations! Im so very happy and pleased with Kens Automotive. The guys who work there and the owner are amazing, the best. I have recommended them to many folks. I'm a customer for life, highly highly recommend!!!!!!

Never had anything good luck here. Ken and Mark are fantastic to work with . They don't push unnecessary work and are reasonably priced for their services. It's a little bit of a drive to Chinatown from West Philly, but it's worth it for the reliable service. So happy to have found a good mechanic that I trust.

Took my car in for an inspection and got it done the same day. Price is very reasonable. They called and gave me an estimate as well as sending me a text message with details of what needed to be fixed and the price. They were able to fix what I needed to pass my inspection the same day. I will be coming back for all of my future car maintenances and repairs. Highly recommend.

Five stars all the time! they are always courteous and time efficient in getting the work done. i recently brought my car in for inspection and explained i would need to walk back and asked if it was possible to pock it up before sark, Chester was very understanding of the situation and had it done in less than 2 hours!
