Car slid off of the road in an ice storm. Called Ken's and they arrived in about 30 minutes. The gentleman who pulled the car out was friendly and careful not to damage the car. Ken's helped make a bad situation better.

Nightmare experience. Do not use. Police towed vehicle here after it was hit. Signed a release and delivered it to Ken’s shop who has the form but did not tell the police the car was now in their custody. Police threatened repossession. Called several times to get the car moved to another shop after Ken’s let it sit there for 2 weeks with no updates, no progress (they hadn’t even looked at it). Their front office couldn’t remember a conversation they had moments prior and finally expressed relief when we said we’d be moving it.

Owners are great and staff is on the ball. Never had a complaint about their work in the 24 years I have known them. They know what they are doing and what's best for you, not the insurance companies.

These guys are the best. Highly professional, highly trained and qualified and highly specialized for everything vehicle. Not to mention honest. They have serviced and repaired my 2006 Jeep Commander more times than I’d like to admit and it always turns out better than new. They’ve done the same for many of my family and friends. Let’s not forget that they also are the most reliable tow company around. If you need a tow truck, call Ken’s.

This company is very unsafe operating. While driving down a 25 mph road, one of their trucks came flying up and tailed the whole way to where I was going. If they operate like this without towing a car I can only imagine how they operate with one attached. I wouldn't trust this company for my life. Stay FAR FAR AWAY.

Very nice people , quoted asap, as I broke my antenna on top of my Renegade with my garage door coming down on it .very reasonable and fast, did and excellent job! As I was crunched for time as it would have leaked with the damage I did .

Ken's is an excellent body shop! When my mom's boyfriend's car roof was crushed by a garage door, they had it back looking brand new! When my car was hit by a co worker in the parking lot at work, they fixed to a never even happened state! I was in another accident 2 weeks ago, had it towed to Ken's, tow truck was prompt and the driver was very friendly! Car is currently in repair there and have no doubt it will look like nothing happened when they are finished! If you need a reputable body shop, look no further

GF [Mindy] totalled my Volt and had only minor injuries. At scene Ken's towed car. All her contents were in car and their grandson helped is carry it's contents back to the car we were were driving. Thank you
