Kelby is professional, truly cares about his work and his customers, and communicates clearly. He explains what your problem may be and takes the time to make sure you understand what he does or doesn’t do. Would call Kelby again in a heartbeat. ** Update ** Kelby just replaced the front suspension on my car in a timely manner and most importantly so affordable. My car drives so smooth now, again, would recommend Kelby for any of your mechanical needs!!

My starter went out on my ‘13 Accord Sunday night around 10pm. To my surprise, I got an immediate response from Kelby to come look at my car the following evening. Excellent; transparent communication along with fine service was provided. Kelby’s knowledge of cars and excellent customer service was beyond satisfactory. Well reasonable prices to match a high quality of work. Id recommend him to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle

I’ve had great experiences with Kelby! He is very open about the cost of parts and makes it very clear what you are paying for. He has helped me out with my brakes and also my headlights. His service is also super convenient since he shows up to my apartment!

Let me tell you something! This mechanic is one of the best I’ve ever hired. I had a CV axle issue, and not only was he able to identify the problem from a video I showed him, but he also fixed it and shared some incredibly interesting information I didn’t know about my car. 10/10—definitely recommend!

This was a great experience! I'll definitely be using him again! I still can't believe where Honda put my starter at in my car! He was quick and efficient! Only took a couple of hours even though we had to remove half the engine to get to it! He also pointed out several other issues I had that I didn't know about. I was impressed by Kelby's reviews so I made an appointment on Friday Dec 6th, and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. The whole process was handled through text. I wasn't happy with that but ok, things are different now, so I continued. The first appointment he was running late, which was understandable as it had been raining some during the day. He later let me know he couldn't make it and asked me what we should do. While I was trying to come up with an answer, he asked me if 11 this morning would work; I said yes. Today comes and I get a text wanting to know if there's a covered area for him to work under; I said no and commented that I thought he'd have made plans for rain and he said he didn't. I'm thinking, you're a Mobile Mechanic and you don't work when it rains? I'd think there'd be a portable tent or something. Other arrangements were made when he didn't reply to my answer to his question about my availability for the rest of the week.

Had multiple people tell me I had an issue with my alternator, but Kelby quickly diagnosed a simple dead battery, picked up the part, and replaced it for me. He’s super communicative, transparent, and friendly. Excellent at explaining to non-car people. Easily the best mechanic I’ve had yet!

Kelby is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man who replaced a dead starter on my 1992 Crown Victoria. In addition, because of a defect in the original Ford starter design, replacement starters use a different connector between the starter and car battery. Kelby was able to reconfigure the connector so that the new (better) type of starter could be installed. Great job, Kelby! I’ve scheduled him to come back to do my oil change and tune up!

Kelby is the man! My car had a bad coolant leak and instead of getting it towed to a shop, I texted Kelby. He came out and diagnosed where it was coming from in like 5 seconds. We ordered parts and he came out the day after they were delivered and did what he does. Took him less than than an hour to get my car right. His pricing was extremely fair for his level service and knowledge. I hope I never have to text him again, but if I need a mechanic I know he's got my back. Thanks again, Kelby.

Man I tell you there’s a lot of people out here saying that they can fix this fix that , man Kelby is the best mechanic I have ever ran into he is definitely my go too guy I was down for a week , missing days of work, dealing with non professionals, as soon as I called Kelby he set the time day how long it would take CONFIRMATION I was impressed by his passion to wanna save the day and he just knew what was the problem confidently and he didn’t charge me something crazy his price made me feel like he deserved more trust me if your down call him and don’t waist your time with other scam artist!!5 stars all day !!!

I really don't have enough room here to express my gratitude for Kelby's work in installing my alternator. What should have been a simple install since I purchased the required part for my Acura MDX......turned into quite a lengthy ordeal due to a slight manufacturing sizing glitch which made the install challenging! But Kelby was very patient and determined to not only complete the install, but to make sure that he did a top quality job! The hurdles that the install created pushed him well past 2 hours of work time, but he pushed thru inviting me to watch as he worked, so that I would know what and why he was doing thru each step. Very, very professional and courteous. I can't imagine allowing anyone else service my vehicles. I'm a new repeat client with referrals on the way! Thanks a mill Kelby for caring to be Top Notch! Kelby is fantastic! He was so communicative throughout the entire process, and he provided a very fair price for my battery replacement and upcoming oil change.
