This place will never receive any business from me, my friends or family!! They are a bunch of scammers. I stopped by to get a nail out of my brand new tire and to repair the puncture. They quickly started off by telling me that I needed to replace the whole tire and I told them no because it was a brand new tire and I just needed it repaired. They then took my tire off and came right back and said it actually had 3 nails instead of one and once again they wanted me to replace my tire. I was already on the phone with another company regarding my tire because I was already feeling like they were trying to make more money off of a small repair. They never showed me the “3 nails” in my tire and when I told them I would go somewhere else 2 ladies ran to the back where my tire was saying “I think they already started patching your tire”. They came back and said they would put the tire back, but I had to pay $10 for checking my tire. I paid and left, but I only got down the street when my tire pressure started going down quickly on the same tire. When I got home I called them to ask if the nail was taken out because I could no longer see it and I could hear the air coming out. The girl on the phone assured me they didn’t take out the nail. When my husband got home my tire was completely flat and when he took it off to replace it with my spare tire he noticed that they DID in fact take the nail out and let me drive off like that without informing me that now there was a big hole in my tire. They lied to me on the phone and they also lied about the tire having “2” other nails!! There were no signs of any other nails besides the hole where they removed the nail!!! It’s so disgusting to know that you can’t trust such a greedy, deceiving business! Son unos tramposos, mentirosos, basura de negocio!! Sin vergüenzas, deshonestos por no informarme con la verdad y ponerme en riesgo de un accidente!! Voy a consultar a un abogado por sus prácticas de poca ética.

Got my son a front tire. Tire was in good condition. They had options in the size I needed as far as pricing. The service was an about 25 minutes total and it would help if they had people who speak English. But overall great experience. Would recommend

Absolutely awesome. I am from Michigan down in Raleigh on vacation. I blew a tire on the highway down. Keke’s came highly recommended by everyone at the hotel. I was in and out in about 25 min. The service was great.

Idk what happened to this place....they used to be reliable...i just had 4 new tires put on and when I drove off it felt weird attributed it to new tires...that was not the case they left the old wheel weights on and just thought they could balance it...had to pay to have them re balanced at a shop. Shame on me should of known better.

i’ve been to this place for a oil change about 3 times everytime i go the price goes up, this last time they told me i needed to pay $200 to replace my oil cap because it was way too tight and had to break it to do a oil change but i always go here so if it’s too tight that’s because someone here made it too tight!!

I went to the shop without an appointment for a tire and alignment. I bought 4 used tires. They were Bridgestone Potenza (new $250) and lightly used and I bought them for under $100 each. They did a great wheel alignment for $100. I did not receive any negative service.

Bought a new tire. A month later my tire was flat just to be told they sold me a tire that was plugged. Very dissatisfied and feel i was lied to . Would not recommend this place

Keke’s replaced my old tires with brand new tires. The next day, the tires were really low so went back and they added air to them. Two weeks later, the tires felt low again, so took them back again. After my explanation, the worker looks at my tires and said their used tire warranty is 15 days, to which I replied, I paid for brand new tires, so these should be new. She asked for my receipt and did some troubleshooting. According to their machinery, the tire pressure was fine. They didn’t find any issues with them and replaced the valves. I didn’t feel comfortable with these tires and asked that they honor the manufacturer’s 45 day satisfaction guarantee that is advertised on the tire company’s website. They said the tires were fine and that I had to go through the manufacturer for the satisfaction guarantee. The manufacturer’s website specifically states that you go through the dealer who sold the tires for the satisfaction guarantee. Instead of continuing business with them, I went to another establishment, who confirmed that the dealer who sold the tires are the ones who are supposed to honor the manufacturer’s satisfaction guarantee. This company did some adjustments to the tires and agreed safety was important, and if I still didn’t feel safe, they would handle my satisfaction guarantee claim with the tire company for me (which is what Keke’s should have done).They even added that it was a very easy process for them to do. I will not do business with Keke’s anymore.

The worst experience ever!!! Please don’t spend your money with this place!! They are charging $45 per tire for mount and balance! Please go to BLUE FLAME if you need anything done dealing with tires!

Worst company ever !! Don’t ever go here ! I got my brakes done here 3/2024 immediately the next day they were squeaking. I took it back twice and they said they “fixed” it, it would stop for a few days and start again. Finally I got frustrated and took it back again. They checked my brakes and said they needed to be replaced. How does breaks and rotors wear out in 2 months? then they tell me that once they replace them that ends my “warranty “ i told them that they weren’t placed correctly the first time clearly if they wore that fast. Then i said give me the parts to take elsewhere and they said they could not. Then asked me to pay for labor after they didn’t do it right the first time. Worst experience of my life !! The tires are trash too. Don’t even waste your time going to this establishment! Ohhh let me add that they just redid my brakes last week and they started squeaking again today smh

Asked what they charge to mount and balance a small trailer tire and was quoted $30/tire. Called discount tire co. for same and it was $17. I thought Keke's was supposed to be affordable.

I've bought several used tires from them over the years and felt I made good deals. Lately, they don't seem to be as good a deal as I can get from other used tire shops, but they have a lot of inventory if you need uncommon sizes. Recently, I decided to buy a new set of tires from them. It was a decent price for 4, but they didn't change valve stems or seals and must not have cleaned the rims because I was constantly having to put air in a couple of them. Finally, I took the car back for them to check for the leaks and, sure enough, found air leaking around the rim. They checked all tires, remounted those leaking. When putting the tires back on the car, I asked them to just put the back on the front and front on back. They charged me for fixing the tires as well as rotating them - where any other shop would have stood behind their sale. I don't think I'll be going back...

Si pudiera les daría una puntuación menos de cero hace pocos días fui a que me arreglaran una llanta que se me había ponchado me cobraron $26 dólares y lo único q hicieron fue tapar el hueco con un tornillo más grande al otro día la llanta estaba otra vez ponchada la lleve a un lugar cerca de mi casa y allí me dijeron q no me habían echo ningún arreglo solo me cobraron, muy deshonestas estas personas, cobran súper caro y ni siquiera hacen el trabajo bien.

Horrible , the staff don’t like black people. I got discriminated against during my last visit. The manager made me pay first before they put my tires on the vehicle. The lady besides who was of Spanish decent. She didn’t pay until the end after her tires was on the vehicle. The man that were fixing my tire was inexperienced and didn’t tighten my wheels at the end so two of my stubs broke off because the dude tighten them. They feel like they are not responsible it. The manager told me to come back to get it fixed. Now they’re saying they are not liable for this matter. They are calling the police on me.
