Purchased a used tire from here and it lasted one month before popping. Brought it to their attention and was only told that the warranty is for 2 weeks only and nothing they can do about it. I do not recommend this place. I will not be using them again.

Keke’s was so fast and fairly priced. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was out of there. I will never go to Walmart and overpay while waiting 3 hours for a tire again.

Place was like a NASCAR pit stop. 50 Jacks lined up out front. 10-15 guys ready to jump and work on your car. They had my car jacked up and tire off before the tow truck pulled the cable out from underneath. Only needed a patch. Had me good to go in under 20 minutes. And they’re open late which was very helpful for my situation.

The service was bad and some kid who didn’t even look old enough to work there offered to sell me a THC vape. never coming back again.

I bought a set of used tires that I wanted to have replaced on my truck. I arrived at about 8:15 a.m. and I was on the road by 8:40. This included them patching a tire that had a nail in it. I am absolutely going back here the next time I need tire work done. Staff was super friendly and the speed was even better!

I got a flat tire the other day and went to Keke's to get a replacement. Their prices are so reasonable and the service is so fast! This is the only place I go for any tire repair or purchase.

I was so impressed with the entire Keke tire experience! I pulled up, someone immediately walked up to my car to provide me with service. Next, they checked their inventory. Showed me the tire selection, and price . Installed the tire and I was ready to go in 15 minutes! My favorite part of the entire experience, we didn't have to get out the car. The installer also checked the tire pressure of all my tires. The 2 front tires were low. 10/10 I'll get tires from them again!

They don't really car about ur car just ur money i had all 4 tires changed n they purposely put the wrong weight on which damages other parts of the car n then make u believe u crazy like its some new shit u drivin

Thieves I took my van twice for alignment the first time they try to change a part for $560 I took it back to the mechanic he changed it for $120 came back for alignment they were talking about changing 4 parts all of the sudden and a soon as the lady start writing I Knew they were trying to rip me off I told the thief lady in the front disc that she her self wrote the first time only one part and told me to change it and I did she start arguing I ended up taking my van somewhere else where they took care of it with out all of the bullshit.. by the way every time I went to those thieves they charged me $42 for just looking at it both times

Used to be a good spot they were amazing. Recently they are terrible over pricing for bad tires they broke my valve stem and then tried to charge me for it. On the same tire I just had replaced by them less than 2 months ago they didn't care even the slightest. As I'm here there are 2 other service complaints. The biggest one being they gave another customers entire rim to another customer. The other one is decent but I usually go to this one. Will not be back.

Unsatisfactory experience with the over-the-road customer service. Charged $144 for a used tire, company representative attempted to charge an additional $5, and declined to provide a receipt copy. Extremely disappointed in their service.

Absolutely the best experience I've had. The staff members are very hard working, prompt, and very efficient; not to mention the overall kindness of everyone. The top winning aspect is the overall value and excellent prices on high-quality tires. I definitely recommend this business, and I will be back for sure. 👍👍

Had to replace all 4 of my tires there. On the positive side, they have a lot of people working there, so I got my car in and out quickly (I would say 15min). On the other side, I don’t think they balanced my tires, so steering wheel was shaky for a while on 65+ Mph until I got my tire balanced at another mechanic shop. So if you want in and out quick, this place is for you, and make sure you remind them and check if your tires are balanced (regardless new or used tires). I assumed most tire place will balance my tires, that is my mistake. I have attached the most recent photo of their pricing.

Outstanding experience! We are from Greenville and had a flat tire after returning home from a trip and flying into RDU. Of course, this occurred on a Sunday when many businesses are closed. Keke’s tires was available and most importantly was able to even provide us with the same particular tire that our BMW X5 normally takes. While we could have had the car towed to their shop, they offered to come to us and provide roadside assistance for a nominal additional fee. This was more than worth it. The gentleman who came out was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was more than prepared with multiple tires. Our tire was changed quickly. The entire process from original phone call to having tires on our vehicle took less than a hour. Cannot recommend this business enough. Outstanding, professional and efficient service!

This place is awesome. The employees are hard working and very fast. You don't need an appointment. Just show up here and they get you in and out fast. Shout out to the tough ladies that work here slinging tires. 9/11/24 Got a tire patched today. Same great service!
